Ամենացավալին այն է, որ նրա քաղաքական թիմում այդ նողկալի պահվածքին ծափահարողներ եղան. Արսեն Ջուլֆալակյան

Արսեն Ջուլֆալակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Անկախացումից հետո Հայաստանում միշտ խոսվել է մերիտոկրատիայից (ովքեր առաջին անգամ են հանդիպում այս տերմինին, առավել մանրամասն կարող են կարդալ՝ անցնելով հղումով...

Ակնհայտ է, որ 30 տարվա ընթացքում մեզ չի հաջողվել հասնել այդ բաղձալի նպատակին։ Այդ առումով, սակայն, վիճակը երբեք այսքան օրհասական չի եղել, ինչքան այսօր, երբ պաշտոններ ստանում են ոչ թե արժանիներն, այլ նրանք, ովքեր ուղղակի կհամաձայնեն աշխատել այս իշխանության հետ (վերաբերում է նոյեմբերի 10-ից հետո եղած նշանակումների ծանրակշիռ մեծամասնությանը...)։ Մի փոքր մանրամասնեմ.

Շատերը կհիշեն, որ մերիտոկրատիայի մասին խոսույթը հատկապես 2018թ-ի դեպքերից հետո շատ արդիական դարձավ։ Առաջին հայացքից թվում էր, թե խանգարող ոչինչ չկա, և դա իրագործելու համար իդեալական պայմաններ են ստեղծվել։ Բայց միայն առաջին հայացքից։ Կարճ ժամանակ էր պետք հասկանալու, որ ժողովրդական դժգոհության լայն ալիքը «մոդեռացնող» անձը կաշկանդվածություն, կոմպլեքսներ, ատելություն, անձնական խնդիրներ ունի խելացի, արժանի, վաստակաշատ, կայացած, պրոֆեսիոնալ, սեփական կարծիք ունեցող... մարդկանց հանդեպ։ Ինչու՞։ Որովհետև նա ինքը միջակություն է։ Ընդ որում, միջակություն է իր ամբողջ կյանքով՝ սկսած մանկությունից՝ բակից,դպրոցից մինչև ուսում և մասնագիտական կարիերա( լրագրություն), իսկ այժմ էլ երկրի վարչապետ։ Այդ կոմպլեքսների ապացույցներն անթիվ են։ Նշեմ զուտ վերջին թարմ դրսևորումներից մեկը։

Երբ հայտնի անձը երկրի գլխին այսքան աղետ բերելուց հետո, լինելով անձամբ միջակություն՝ ձախողված ղեկավար, կանգնում է ԱԺ բարձր ամբիոնի մոտ ու պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու, դոցենտ, միջազգայնագետ, ֆինանսիստ, դասախոս, Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորի հարցին (ընդ որում՝ շատ տեղին) արձագանքում է վիրավորական, իռոնիկ, լկտի տոնով, կարծես թե պատերազմ հաղթած առաջնորդ է, այլևս ամեն ինչ ասված է։

Հայտնի անձն իր այդ քայլով ուղղակի խաչ է քաշում բոլոր այն արժեքների վրա, որոնց մասին մանիպուլյատիվ խոսում է ցույցերի ժամանակ՝ ժողովրդավարություն, կրթության և գիտության առաջնահերթություն, մանկավարժի մասնագիտության կարևորում, մերիտոկրատիա, հաշվետվողականություն, պատասխանատվություն, քաղաքական կառուցողական բանավեճ և այլն։ Իրական վերաբերմունքն այն է, որը նա ցույց է տալիս իր առօրյա վարքագծով, ոչ թե խոսքով։
