Часть 8. Основные положения Национальной Программы Хачика Асряна по построению Военно-Социальной Армении (продолжение следует)

О Республике Арцах.

Сразу после полного формирования следующего Национально-Христианского правительства Армении и сразу после создания Военно-Социального государства в Армении в течение пяти лет, правительство Республики Арцах должно публично официально обратиться к высшему правительству Республики Армения с предложением объединения всего Арцах с Арменией.
После проведения серьезной организационной работы высшими властями Республики Армения весь Арцах будет объединен с Республикой Армения перед международным сообществом посредством свободного, справедливого, исторического референдума граждан Арцаха.
Более того, учитывая быстрые геополитические изменения, происходящие на планете Земля, мировые сверхдержавы и международные организации уже сделали своим приоритетом территориальную целостность государств, а не самоопределение наций, поэтому следующее Национально-Христианское правительство Армении всегда будет говорить о территориальной целостности Республики Армения, в которую в обязательном порядке будет включен весь Арцах.
Сразу после воссоединения всего Арцаха с Арменией, верховная власть Армении должна приступить к освобождению армянских исторических земель и их воссоединению Армении.
