Սենոր Հասրաթյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Արցախյան երրորդ պատերազմը սկսվեց ոչ թե 2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, այլ 2018թ. մարտի 31-ին... Ճիշտ այն օրը, երբ օտարերկրյա գրանտներից տարիներ շարունակ սնված և «հատուկ գործողության» նախապատրաստություն անցած շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ «թավշականներ» Գյումրիից շարժվեցին դեպի Երևան և իրականությունից անտեղյակ զանգվածների հակաիշխանական տրամադրություններն օգտագործելով՝ ապրիլի 23-ին հասան սահմանադրական ճանապահով ընտրված վարչապետի հրաժարականին...

Այնուհետև ներդրված խումբն՝ իշխանությունը բռնազավթելով, իր մանկուրտացած հետևորդների հետ միասին, անցավ պետականության հիմքերի քանդման հրեշավոր ծրագրի իրականացմանը և ընդամենը ամիսների ընթացքում, նախ՝ թիրախավորելով երկրի խորհրդարանը, ապա հայկական պետականության երեք գլխավոր հենասյուները, դրանք են՝ բանակը, եկեղեցին և ընտանիքը, հայ ժողովրդին կանգնեցրեց նախապես պլանավորված «վճռական» հարվածի մեկնակետում... Առջևում Հայրենիքի դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմի ավարտական, այն է՝ Արցախի հանձման փուլն էր...

Սակայն, ինչպես ցույց տվեց դեպքերի հետագա ընթացքը, շնորհիվ ոչ թե մեր հզոր դիմակայության, այլ տարածաշրջանային խաղացողների հետաքրքրություններից բխող իրողությունների, 2018-ի մարտի 31-ին սկսված պատերազմը, հակառակ «թավշականների» և արտաքին ուժերի միջև ձեռքբերված ներքին պայմանավորվածության, իր վերջնական նպատակին չհասավ...

Սակայն, այս ամենից հետո կարծել, թե 2018-ի մարտի 31-ին սկսված պատերազմն ավարտված է, միամտություն կլիներ: Պտերազմն ընթացքի մեջ է, քանի դեռ թիվ մեկ պատահականությունն ու նրան հետևող մանկուրտացած հոտը, շարունակում են ստով ու մանիպուլյացիաներով անել հնարավորն ու անհնարինը, նախապատրաստված գործողությունը «հաջողությամբ» ավարտին հասցնելու համար... Իսկ նման զարգացման հավանականությունը մեծ է, քանի դեռ այս պատերազմի զինվորը ոչ թե մտածող և հրաշքներ գործելու ընդունակ հայ մարդն է, այլ իրականությունից անտեղյակ և միայն սեփական շահի հետևից կուրորեն գնացող զանգվածը։
