Մեր պարտված գեներալներն իրենց չծառայած հրամանատարի հետ որոշել են կրճատել բանակի առանց այն էլ փոքր թվաքանակը. Կարին Տոնոյան

«Հայ Ասպետ» կրթադաստիարակչական-բարեգործական հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր-տնօրեն Կարին Տոնոյանը, ում որդին զոհվել է Արցախյան պատերազմում, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

«Սա այսօրվա Հայաստանն է, բայց վաղվանը այլ է լինելու.....

բանակի թվաքանակը մոտ 176.000 է։ Տղաները բանակում ծառայում են 2.5 տարի։ Երկրի պաշտպանվող տարածքը համադրելի է Հայաստանի տարածքի հետ։ 
Իսկ մեր պարտված գեներալները, իրենց չծառայած հրամանատարի հետ որոշել են կրճատել բանակի առանց այն էլ փոքր թվաքանակը` 45.000-ից իջեցնել 30-35.000։ Ըստ իրենց, աշխարհի ամենաինովատիվ երկրի, ամենատեխնոլոգիական բանակի, բոլոր պատերազմները հնարամտությամբ հաղթած գեներալները բան չեն հասկանում։ Հիմա ժամանակները փոխվել են, և արդեն զինվորի կռիվ չի։ Եվ առաջ են բրդում հետևյալ ուտոպիստական ու կեղծ թեզերը։

- Հայաստան։ Տեխնոլոգիաները պետք է փոխարինեն զինվորներին։

- Իսրայել։ Տեխնոլոգիաները օգնում են զինվորներին և գործիք են նրանց ձեռքին, մարտի դաշտում վերջնական հարց լուծողը միևնույնն է մնում է զինվորը։

- Հայաստան։ Ժամկետային ծառայողներին պետք է փոխարինել պայմանագրայիններով։ Չնայած վերջին պատերազմում մեր ժամկետայինները ավելի լավ էին կռվում քան հատուկ նշանակության պայմանագրային ստորաբաժանումները։

- Իսրայել։ Ամենահարուստ երկրներից մեկը չի հասկանում, որ կարող է անցնել պայմանագրային բանակի ու 18 տարեկաններին անիմաստ 30 ամսով չզորակոչի։
Պարզ հարց, եթե Արցախում նորից պատերազմ սկսվի, ապա զուտ ռիսկերի կառավարման տեսակետից մենք պարտավոր ենք բանակային խմբավորումնել պահել թուրքիայի հետ սահմանին, Նախիջևանի հետ սահմանին և Տավուշում։ 30 հազարը ո՞նց եք բաշխելու։
ՊԲ-ի լուծարումով մեր ատամները քաշեցին ու Հայոց պետականությունը դարձրեցին քյաֆտառ։ Հիմա էլ ցանկանում են անդամահատել։ 

Ժամանակին Հռոմիական կայսրությունում որոշում կայացվեց ժամկետայինից անցնել պայմանագրայինի։ Սկզբից ամեն ինչ լավ էր, բայց հետո այս որոշումը դարձավ մարդկության պատմության ամենազորեղ կայսրության անկման պատճառներից մեկը։ Եթե ուշադիր նայենք Եվրոպական երկրներին և ԱՄՆ-ին, ովքեր ժամկետայինից անցել են պայմանագրայինի, ապա կնկատենք շատ նման սինդրոմներ, որոնք ուներ Հռոմեական բանակը պայմանագրայինի ժամանակաշրջանում։
