Քաղաքական իրականության ադեկվատ գնահատական. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Թերթերից մեկը հիմնվելով իր աղբյուրների վրա, գրում է, թե ԴԱՀԿ նախկին պետ Միհրան Պողոսյանը կանչվել է նախագահական և զգուշացվել, որ մեծ հավակնություններ չունենա և բավարարվի պատգամավորական մանդատով։ Հավաստի՞ են, արդյոք, թերթի աղբյուրները, թե՞ ոչ, այլ հարց է։ Պետք է նշել, սակայն, որ այստեղ խնդիրը բոլորովին էլ Միհրան Պողոսյանի անձը չէ։ Վերջինս, անշուշտ, բավական ակտիվ քարոզարշավով և զուգահեռ հայտնի միջոցներով կարողացավ ստանալ պատգամավոր դառնալու համար անհրաժեշտ ձայներ, սակայն, ինչպես նշում են մի շարք շրջանակներ, Պողոսյանը ձգտում է լինել ոչ սովորական պատգամավոր։ Հենց այստեղ է, որ ի հայտ է գալիս Պողոսյանի և ոչ միայն Պողոսյանի ցանկությունների և հայաստանյան իշխանական վերնախավի բռնած ուղեգծի հակասությունը։

Ըստ էության, հայաստանյան իշխանական վերնախավում և մասնավորապես Հանրապետականի ներսում կան բազմաթիվ ներկա ու նախկին պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք ունեն տարբեր հավակնություններ։ Սակայն վերջիններս, կարծես թե, լիովին չեն ընկալում այն ուղղությունը, որը գծագրվել է իշխանության ամենավերին օղակներում, իսկ այդ ուղղությունը ակնհայտորեն այն է, որ առնվազն արտաքուստ իշխանական վերնախավը պետք է ներկայանալի լինի։

Այս մասին էին վկայում վերջին մեկ–մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարցազրույցներն ու հայեցակարգային ելույթները, և հենց այս ուղղությանը հետևելու արդյունքում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո պատգամավորական մանդատ չստացան Հանրապետականի բազմաթիվ առանցքային և միաժամանակ օդիոզ գործիչներ, որոնք առնվազն միանշանակ չէին ընկալվում հանրության կողմից։

Սա փաստ է, որը բնութագրում է ներկա Հայաստանում հաստատված քաղաքական իրականությունը։ Արդյոք սա կարո՞ղ է բերել քաղաքական դաշտում և ընդհանրապես երկրում արմատական և բովանդակային փոփոխությունների, դժվար է ասել, եթե անգամ դա այդպես չէ, ապա զուտ արտաքին դրսևումների տեսանկյունից Միհրան Պողոսյանը չէր կարող առանցքային դերակատարության հավակնություն ունենալ հենց միայն իր անվան հետ կապված օֆշորային սկանդալի պատճառով։

Այլ պատճառով, սակայն, նույն բովանդակային սկզբունքներով, օրինակ, Առաքել Մովսիսյանը, Վարդան Այվազյանը կամ Մհեր Սեդրակյանը չհայտնվեցին Ազգային ժողովում։ Իսկ այդ բովանդակային սկզբունքները շատ պարզ են՝ իշխանությունը փորձում է գոնե արտաքուստ բարեփոխվելու կամ ինչպես հաճախ են ասում հանրապետականները, ինքնամաքրվելու քայլեր ձեռնարկել։

Սա քաղաքական իրողություն է, որի հետ որքան շուտ համակերպվեն տարբեր հավակնություններով հանրապետականները, այնքան ավելի լավ իրենց համար։ Ի դեպ, միայն իրենց համար, քանի որ Հանրապետականի կամ իշխանության կոսմետիկ փոփոխությունները հայաստանյան հանրությանը դեռևս ոչինչ չեն տվել և գուցե ընդհանրապես էլ չտան: Սակայն սա բոլորովին այլ դիտարկման թեմա է։
