Վերջին 20 տարում Հայաստանում անցկացված բոլոր սոցիոլոգիական հարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ մեր երկրում անվտանգային և սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրներից զատ, հայ հասարակությունը կարևորում է արդարության և իրավունքի գերակայության հարցը: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանում դատաիրավական համակարգը թե նախկինում, թե հիմա ամբողջությամբ չի աշխատել ի շահ ՀՀ քաղաքացու: Հաճախ սերտաճած լինելով գործադիր իշխանության հետ՝ դատական համակարգը մշտապես ունեցել է վստահության դեֆիցիտ, ինչը շղթայաբար իր բացասական ազդեցությունն է ունեցել թե տնտեսության զարգացման, թե երկրում բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտի ձևավորման վրա: Գաղտնիք չէ նաև, որ նման իրավիճակը հանգեցրել է նրան, որ բազմաթիվ հանցագործություններ ոչ միայն չեն բացահայտվել, այլև դրանք ավելացել են անպատժելիության մթնոլորտի պատճառով: Խոսքը գերազանցապես համակարգային կոռուպցիայի և կաշառակերության մասին է: Պետական միջոցների յուրացումը մեր երկրում միշտ էլ ահռելի չափերի է հասել՝ արգելակ հանդիսանալով երկրի առաջընթացի համար: Այս կոնտեքստում՝ խնդրի լուծման իր դեղատոմսն է առաջարկում դիցուք Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան կուսակցությունը:
 
Քաղաքական ուժի առաջնորդ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը վստահ է, որ սկսած 1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ից՝ Հայաստանի անկախության օրվանից մինչև հիմա, պետք է իրականացվի Ազգային արդարադատություն, որը կվերաբերի.

Հայաստանում ազգային արդարադատություն իրականացնողը պետք է լինի Հայաստանի Վարչապետին կամ Հայաստանի Նախագահին կից պետական ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովը կամ պետական ժամանակավոր կոմիտեն: Հայաստանում ազգային արդարադատությունը բոլոր թալանչի հանցագործների համար պետք է իրականացվի բացառապես օրենքի դիկտատուրայով: Հայաստանն իր օրինապաշտ քաղաքացիների համար միշտ պետք է լինի արդարության, զարգացման ու բարգավաճման երաշխավոր և հենարան:
