Մեծ վեճ է եղել ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի և Միքայել Մինասյանի գործով քննիչի միջև. ՀՔԾ-ում վիճակը լավ չէ

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանի գործով քննիչն առաջիկայում ազատման դիմում է գրելու նոր մեղադրանք առաջադրելու հրահանգը չկատարելու պատճառով։

Այս լուրը լսելուց հետո ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում գերլարված իրավիճակ է։ Տեղեկացանք, որ նախօրեին մեծ վեճ է եղել ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի և ՀՔԾ քննիչ Բորյա Չիլինգարյանի միջև։ ՀՔԾ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Խաչատրյանը մարտի վերջին Չիլինգարյանին հրահանգել էր մեղադրանք առաջադրել Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանին և նրան կալանավորելու միջնորդության հիմքեր գտնել։ Չիլինգարյանը հրաժարվել էր կատարել հրահանգը՝ ասելով, որ հիմքեր չկան, և ինքը չի պատրաստվում ապօրինություն կատարել։

Սասուն Խաչատրյանը նրան ժամանակ էր տվել՝ սպառնալով հեռացնել համակարգից։

Երեկ քննիչին տրված ժամանակի լրանալու կապակցությամբ կորոնավիրուսով մեկուսացած Սասուն Խաչատրյանը զանգել է Չիլինգարյանին՝ պարզելու, թե արդյոք իր հանձնարարականը կատարվել է, սակայն Չիլինգարյանը կրկնել է, որ չի պատրաստում ապօրինություններ անել: Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Չիլինգարյանն իր մերձավոր շրջապատում ասել է, որ առաջիկայում, սեփական դիմումի համաձայն, ազատվելու է աշխատանքից՝ վերադառնալով փաստաբանի մասնագիտությանը։

Առաջիկայում ազատման դիմումներ են գրելու նաև այլ հնչեղ գործերով քննիչներ, որոնց նախընտրական շրջանում ստիպում են նոր քրեական գործեր հարուցել Փաշինյանի ընդդիմախոսների դեմ։ Ավելի վաղ մամուլը գրել էր, որ լուրջ տարաձայնություններ են առաջացել «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով քննիչ Հրաչ Մուշեղյանի և ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի միջև։ Մուշեղյանը պահանջել էր Խաչատրյանին իրեն տրվող բոլոր հանձնարարականներն այսուհետ տալ գրավոր եղանակով»:
