Չհաջողված հերթական PR ակցիան նպատակ ուներ թիրախավորել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ գործունեությունը. Մելոյան

Սահմանադրագետ Գոհար Մելոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ խոսելով գերիների վերադարձի մասին Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների հրամանատար, գեներալ Ռուստամ Մուրադովի հայտարարությանը։

Գոհար Մելոյանի գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների հրամանատար, գեներալ - լեյտենանտ Մուրադովն անդրադարձրել է երեկ գերիների չվերադառնելու հարցին՝ նշելով, որ գերիների վերադարձ պլանավորված չի եղել, դա կեղծ պրովոկացի է և առաջարկել հարցնել ՀՀ իշխանություններին, թե ինչու են նրանք մոլորեցնում սեփական ժողովրդին։

Փաստորեն ճիշտ էին երեկվանից հնչող պնդումները, որ գերիների վերադարձը զուտ չհաջողված հերթական PR ակցիան էր, որն նպատակ ուներ թիրախավորել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ գործունեությունը։

Դե, իսկ մեր գերեվարված հայրենակիցների վերադարձի, եւ նրանց հարազատների հուզական սպասումների հարցը շարունակում է մնալ իշխող ուժի շահարկման դաշտում։

Այսօր առավոտվանից իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները բացահայտ քարոզարշավ են սկսել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեմ՝ պնդելով, որ Ռուսաստանը, ի դեմս՝ նախագահ Պուտինի չի կարողանում իրականացնել նոյեմբերի 9-ի խայտառակ փաստաթղթի պահանջները, փորձելով մանիպուլյատիվ շղարշ ստեղծել, թե իբր Մոսկվայում՝ ապրիլի 7-ին, գերիներին վերադարձնելու մասին Փաշինյանը ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն։

Այնինչ պատերազմի ավարտից անցել է շուրջ հինգ ամիս, եւ հայկական կողմի գերիների չվերադարձման միակ պատասխանուն եւ մեղավորը ՀՀ իշխող ուժն է, որը համառորեն մսխեց եւ մսխում է գերիներին վերադարձը երաշխավորող բոլոր խաղաքարտերը։

Մասնավորապես, թվեմ առնվազն հայկական կողմի գործողություններ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրի կյանքի կոչելու նախապայման պետք է լիներ գերիների խմբաքանակների վերադարձի ապահովում.

1.Նոյեմբերի 15՝ Քարվաճառի/Քելբաջարի հանձնում.

2.Նոյեմբերի 20՝ Ակնայի/Աղդամի հանձնում.

 

3.Դեկտեմբերի 1՝ Բերձորի/Լաչինի հանձնում.

4.Դեկտեմբերի 18՝ գաղտնի հուշագրի կնքում Ադրբեջանի ու ՌԴ-ի հետ՝ սահմանագծելով եւ ադրբեջանական կողմի վերահսկողության ներքո հանձնելով Գորիս-Դավիթ Բեկ, Կապան-Ճակատեն հատվածներում տարածքներ.

5.Ադրբեջանական դիվերսանտներ, միջազգային իրավունքի համատեքստում ռազմական հանցագործներ, որոնք Արցախ էին ներխուժել 2014 թվականին, սպանել մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ Շահբազ Գուլիևի և Դիլհամ Ասկերովի հանձնում Ադրբեջանին.

6.Հունվարի 11-ի համատեղ եռակողմ հայտարարություն՝ աշխատանքային խմբի ձեւավորմամբ։

Հ. գ. Բայց դե ըստ հենց իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցչի կողմից հնչեցված արտահայտության, իրենք ունեն մեկ խնդիր եւ այդ խնդիրը ընդդիմությունն է։
