Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի ուռուցքաբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ Վահե Տեր-Մինասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Մի քանի հարց թուրքն իմ թշնամին է ֆլեշմոբի մասնակիցներին՝ այսիքն, ինքներս մեզ
Ի՞նչ ենք հասկանում թշնամի և թշնամություն ասելով։
1. Դասական տարբերակում թշնամի երկրները խզում են դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները և փակում սահմանները։ Ուզում եմ մտաբերել, թե ե՞րբ ենք մենք փակել թուրքական սահմանը։ Վայ, փաստորեն մենք չենք փակել, փակել են հենց նրանք, իսկ մենք երեսուն տարի (նախկին և ներկա իշխանությունների օրոք) պատրաստակամություն ենք հայտնում այն առանց որևէ նախապայմանի բացելու...
2. Թշնամի երկրները, հարմար առիթի դեպքում, միմյանց դեմ ծավալում են ռազմական գործողություններ։ Ուզում եմ հիշել թե ո՞ր երկրում ու ո՞ր պատերազմի ընթացքում ենք գործողություններ իրականցրել թուրքիայի դեմ։ Վայ, փաստորեն թուրքերն են ամենալկտի կերպով վարձու գրոհայիններով, F16-երով ու առնվազն բարձրաստիճան սպայական կազմով մասնակցել իմ երկրի ավերմանն ու մասնատմանը։ Իսկ գուցե վերջին 30 տարում (նախկին ու ներկա իշխանությունների օրոք) մենք պետք է մասնակցեինք թուրքիայի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններին՝ օրինակ Սիրիայում, ուր կարելի էր հաստատ զինել մեր ՍՈՒ–երն ու վարժանքներ իրականացնել թուրք գրոհայինների դեմ, կամ օգնել օրինակ քրդերին...
3. Թշնամի երկրները իրենց դաշնակիցների հետ կազմակերպում են համատեղ զորավարժություններ։ Ուզում եմ հիշել՝ քանի՞ զորավարժություն ենք կազմակերպել թուրքիայի թշնամիների հետ։ Վայ, փաստորեն թուրքիան է օրը մեջ ադրբեջանի հետ զորավարժություններ կազմակերպում։ Իսկ գուցե վերջին 30 տարում (նախկին ու ներկա իշխանությունների օրոք) մենք պետք է Հայաստանի տարածքում զորավարժություններ կազմակերպեինք Հունաստանի, Կիպրոսի, Սիրիայի կամ Լիբիայի հետ...
Այս ցուցակն անշուշտ կարելի է շարունակել անվերջ։ Անշուշտ, նախկին ու ներկա իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները կգտնեն բացատրություններ ու արդարացումներ, կասեն, որ մենք փոքր ենք, թույլ ենք, ու կներեք, ոչ այնքան համարձակ։ Ու կպարզվի, որ իրականում մենք երբեք էլ (ոչ ներկա, ոչ էլ նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք) չենք եղել թուրքիայի թշնամին ու ներկա իշխանությունը միայն բարձրաձայնում է, այն տխուր իրականությունը, որ ձևավորել ենք վերջին 30 տարում՝ այո, այո ներկա և նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք։
