Ռուսաստանին եւ Թուրքիային միշտ հաջողվում է համաձայնության գալ. Լավրով

Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի դիրքորոշումները երբեմն զգալիորեն տարբերվում են, այդ թվում՝ Սիրիայում կարգավորման հարցերում, բայց կողմերին գործնականում միշտ հաջողվում է կոնսենսուսի գալ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան ու Անկարան շատ հարցերում տարբեր դիրքորոշումներ ունեն, եւ «երբեմն այդ դիրքորոշումները սաստիկ տարբերվում են, բայց քանի որ մենք գնահատում ենք մեր հարաբերությունները, մենք մեր թուրք գործընկերների հետ միշտ կարող ենք լուծումներ գտնել, որոնք կբավարարեն երկուսիս»: Նա նշել է, որ դա բնորոշ է ինչպես նախագահների, այնպես էլ արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումներին: «Միշտ ավելի լավ է բանակցել մեկի հետ, ով կարող է ազդել որոշակի իրավիճակի վրա եւ տեսակետներ ունի, որոնք տարբերվում են քո տեսակետից»: Որպես օրինակ Լավրովը ներկայացրել է սիրիական Իդլիբի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրերը:

«Կա մի արձանագրություն, որի շուրջ երկու նախագահները պայմանավորվել էին երկու տարի առաջ,- մտաբերել է Լավրովը: - Այն իրականացվում է ավելի դանդաղ, քան հանաձայնեցված էր, բայց թուրքական կողմը վերահաստատում է այս արձանագրությամբ ստանձնած իր բոլոր պարտավորությունները»:

Խոսելով նշված արձանագրության արդեն իրականացված կետերի մասին՝ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը նշել է, որ թուրքական դիտակետերը հանվել են ընդդիմության թողած տարածքներից: «Ներկայումս մենք աշխատում ենք M4 մայրուղու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրերի լիարժեք իկրականացման ուղղությամբ,- շարունակել է նա: - Մենք 6 կիլոմետր լայնությամբ՝ ինչպես դեպի հյուսիս, այնպես էլ հարավ, ցանկացած զինված խմբավորումներից մաքրված անվտանգության միջանցք ստեղծելու պայմանավորվածություն ունեինք, որպեսզի ռուս-թուրքական համատեղ պահակախմբերը կանոնավոր կերպով պարեկեն այս մայրուղու վրա»:

Լավրովի խոսքով՝ սկզբում այս պայմանավորվածության հարցում որոշակի առաջընթաց կար, բայց հետագայում գործընթացը դանդաղել է: «Մենք, կարծես, իրավիճակը նորմայի ենք վերադարձնում, բայց հիմնական նպատակը ահաբեկիչներին առանց կենդանի վահանի թողնելն ու ոչնչացնելն է,- շեշտել է Լավրովը: - Այլ կարծիք չի կարող լինել»:
