ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը պատասխանել է սորոսականներին

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1 հոդվածի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումից հետո ոմանց կողմից պոստֆակտում Դատախազության ուղղությամբ հնչում են մեղադրանքներ, որոնց իրականության մեջ ջայլամային կենսակերպ լինելը հասկանալի է լայն հանրությանը։

Վստահ ենք՝ ակնհայտ է հատկապես սույն գործին առնչված անձանց և նրանց եղբայրների արձագանքի խղճուկ լինելու հանգամանքը՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ գործի ողջ քննության ընթացքում սույն սուբյեկտները որևէ խնդիր չեն բարձրացրել, մինչդեռ հիմա իրենց իրավունք են վերապահում այլոց գործողությունները ենթարկել տարատեսակ մեկնաբանությունների՝ չհասկանալով կամ չհասկանալու տալով, որ հանցագործության որակումը ճաշակով չի լինում, հասարակության ալեկոծմամբ կամ ՍԴ հնարավոր կամ հավանական որոշման դեմն առնելու տրամաբանությամբ չի առաջադրվում և չհասկանալով մեղադրանք փոխելու կարգը։

Գործ ունենք իրավական գործընթացների հետ՝ անկախ հանրային այլևայլ արձագանքից։

Դատախազությունը սույն գործին առաջին իսկ պահից վերաբերվել է ազնիվ, խորը գիտական վերլուծությունների վրա հիմնված թիմային իրավական եզրահանգումներով։

Դատախազությունը պատասխանատու և հետևողական է իր բոլոր դիրքորոշումներում՝ անկախ երեկվա, այսօրվա կամ վաղվա իրողություններից, և այդ դիրքորոշումները ինչպես երեկ, այնպես էլ վաղը, կլինեն հրապարակային ու պարզ։

Ընթացող իրողություններով բոլոր հետաքրքրվածներին հորդորում ենք հարգել իրավական պետության բացառապես իրավական կարգավորումները, լցվել համբերությամբ և ամենակարևորը՝ առաջնորդվել ազնվությամբ, այլ ոչ թե օրվա կոնյուկտուրայով կամ պահի թելադրանքով։
