IDream. Նոր ծրագիր ուսանողների համար IDBank-ից

Ուսանո՞ղ ես, երազու՞մ ես աշխատել բանկային ոլորտում և ստանալ մրցունակ գիտելիքներ ու անփոխարինելի փորձ, շարունակի՛ր կարդալ․ քեզ կհետաքրքրի մեր նոր առաջարկը։

IDBank-ը գործարկում է նոր ծրագիր ուսանողների համար՝ IDream։ Ծրագիրը հնարավորություն է տալիս բակալավրի ավարտական կուրսերի և մագիստրատուրայի ուսանողներին կատարել առաջին քայլը բանկային ոլորտում և սկսել նոր փուլ իրենց մասնագիտության մեջ։ Մասնակիցները ձեռք կբերեն հիմնաքարային գիտելիքներ բանկային գործում, ինչպես նաև կծանոթանան վաճառքի և հաճախորդների սպասարկման հմտություններին։

IDBank-ի Մարդկային կապիտալի կառավարման գծով տնօրեն Մարիանա Էդիլյանի խոսքով՝ նախկինում իրականացված կրթական ծրագրերի արդյունքում IDBank-ի թիմը համալրվել է մոտ երեք տասնյակ երիտասարդ մասնագետներով, որոնք իրենց առաջին քայլերը կատարել են հենց IDBank-ում, հաստատվել ոլորտում և հիմա՛ էլ շարունակում են իրենց կարիերան IDBank-ի հետ։ «IDream-ը մեր նոր ծրագիրն է ուսանողների համար, որի նախնական փուլը մեր ռազմավարությանն ու ընտրած ուղուն համահունչ կանցկացվի նորարար մոտեցմամբ․ IDream ծրագրին մասնակցելու համար առաջարկում ենք ուսանողներին ուղարկել իրենց CV-ները բոլորովին նոր ձևաչափով՝ առավելագույնը 1 րոպե տևողությամբ վիդեոհոլովակի տեսքով։ Այսպիսով՝ սպասում ենք թվային CV-ների․ ամենապայծառ, մոտիվացված և հետաքրքրված ուսանողները հրավիրվելու են հետագա հարցազրույցի և թեստավորման, իսկ ուսումնական փուլի ավարտից հետո լավագույնները կհամալրեն IDBank-ի թիմը»,- ասել է Մարիանա Էդիլյանը։
