Մահացել է 584 մարդ․ ՄԻՊ արտահերթ զեկույց

ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ COVID-19-ի պայմաններում ադրբեջանական զինված հարձակումների պատճառով այս մահաբեր վիրուսն ունեցավ սրընթաց աճ ոչ միայն Արցախում, այլ նաև Հայաստանում: Եթե պատերազմին նախորդած 7 ամսվա տվյալներով արձանագրվել է 951 մարդու մահ, ապա պատերազմի ընթացքում այդ թիվը հասել է 658-ի, իսկ պատերազմից հետո միայն կես ամսվա ընթացքում մահացել է 584 մարդ։ Դրանով ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կատարել են ոչ միայն պատերազմական, այլ նաև մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություններ: Տեղի են ունեցել կյանքի, առողջության պահպանման, արժանապատվության և մյուս իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտումներ: Ուղիղ 1 տարի առաջ՝ 2020թ. մարտի 23-ին ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշը աշխարհին կոչ արեց COVID-19 համավարակով պայմանավորված հաստատել հրադադար` «մեր կյանքերի իրական պայքարի» վրա կենտրոնանալու համար։ Ադրբեջանական զինված հարձակումները սկսվեցին պատերազմի, ուժի բացառման միջազգային կոչերի, այդ թվում՝ COVID-19-ի ընթացքում պատերազմական գործողություններն անհապաղ դադարեցնելու ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ուղիղ պահանջի կոպիտ խախտմամբ: Ակնհայտ էր, որ COVID-19 համաշխարհային պանդեմիայի ժամանակ հարձակումն էականորեն նպաստելու էր մարդասիրական աղետի:
