Ի՞նչն է դրդում Փաշինյանին շարունակելու մարդկային կյանքերի ընդհատման շղթան՝ պատերազմի 4-5 հզ զոհից մինչև նույնքան կորոնավիրուսային մահեր, թող անհրաժեշտ եզրակացություններ անեն դեռևս նրան սատարող մեր քաղաքացիները: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոն ՀԿ ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հաղորդագրություն-տեղեկանք է ներկայացրել երկրում կորոնավիրուսային վիճակի, դրա դինամիկայի, կանխման և անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ։

Ռելիզում նշվում է, որ վարակի վերարտադրության ցուցանիշը (7 օրվա հաշվարկով) 16.03.2021-ի դրությամբ կազմում է 1.48, ինչը նշանակում է, որ եթե ինչպես բնակչության, այնպես էլ տնտեսվարող կազմակերպությունների կողմից չպահպանվեն անվտանգության կանոնները, մասնավորապես՝ դիմակի կրումը բաց և փակ տարածքներում, ձեռքերի ախտահանումը կամ լվացումը օճառով, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական հեռավորության պահպանումը առնվազն 1.5 մետր, ապա մոտակա 7 օրվա ընթացքում կարձանագրվի հիվանդության մոտ 6820 նոր դեպք, ինչը կազմում է այսօրվա բուժում ստացողների մոտավորապես 69%-ը:

Մասնագիտական առումով, բնականաբար շատ հեռու եմ նախարարության խորհուրդներին, կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներին գնահատական տալուց, բայց որպես քաղաքացի, ով տեսնում է երկրի վարչապետի հաճախակիացող հավաք-հանդիպումները, ինձ մոտ նվազագույնը մեկ հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այս պայմաններում բազմամարդ միջոցառումներ կազմակերպում։

Միամտություն կլինի կարծել, թե նա այս տեղեկատվությանը չի տիրապետում։ Իսկ տիրապետման պայմաններում մեծ խմբերի հետ տարբեր ձեաչափով հանդիպումներով վարչապետը ոչ միայն վտանգում է մարդկանց առողջությունը, այլ մարդկային նոր կորուստների իրական վտանգ ստեղծում։

Նկատենք, որ ոչ միայն իր կողքը բեմահարթակներին կանգնող, այլ հանդիպման մասնակիցների մի մասը առանց դիմակների է կամ սխալ կրմամբ, իսկ սոցիալական հեռավորության մասին դեռ չեմ խոսում։
