«Մի՞թե Էրդողանը համարում է, որ մենք չգիտենք, թե որտեղ է թաքցնում գողացած փողերը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վաղը Թուրքիայում տեղի է ունենալու սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվե: Թե այդ փոփոխությունները ինչ են ենթադրում, և դրանք իրականացնելու միջոցով Էրդողանը ինչ ծրագրեր է փորձում կյանքի կոչել, շատ ենք գրել: Հայտնի է նաև Արևմուտքի վերաբերմունքը այդ հանրաքվեին: Այն միանշանակ բացասական է: Պատճառները հայտնի են:

Սակայն հանրաքվեից օրեր առաջ հատկապես ամերիկյան մամուլում ուշագրավ նյութեր են տպագրվում, որոնք ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի առնչվում են Էրդողանին:

Մինչ այդ անդրադառնանք ՄԱԿ–ի` վերջերս լույս տեսած զեկույցին: Ըստ այդմ, 2015–ի հուլիսից մինչև 2016–ի դեկտեմբերը Թուրքիայի հարավ–արևելքում անցկացվող օպերացիայի արդյունքում արձանագրվել են մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումներ: Մասնավորապես, հիմնականում քուրդ բնակչություն ունեցող այդ տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության նկատառումներով կատարված օպերացիայի արդյունքում սպանվել է մոտ 2000 մարդ, 335000–500000 մարդ հարկադիր տեղահանվել է: ՄԱԿ–ի մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն հանձնակատարի ներկայացուցիչ Ռուպերտ Քոլվիլը հայտարարել է. «Որևէ կասկածյալ չի ձերբակալվել, ոչ մեկ պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել: Իսկ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը բազմիցս հրաժարվել է տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ տվյալներ»:

Ատլանտյան օվիկիանոսի այն ափից եկող կարևոր ազդանշան թուրք վերլուծաբան Արիֆ Ասալիօղլուն համարում է ԱՄՆ–ի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամ Դեյնա Ռոհրաբեյքերի ելույթը Կոնգրեսում: Հանրապետական պատգամավորը, ով համարվում է նաև Թրամփի մտերիմներից, խիստ քննադատության է ենթարկել Թուրքիային. «Թուրք ժողովուրդը պետք է կողմ քվեարկի կամ ազատությունների կենտրոնացված, խիստ վերահսկողությանը, կամ ավելի հարմարավետ ազատությանը: Ընտրողները չպետք է անտեսեն այդ անհավանական ճնշումը, որը գործադրվում է մամուլի և ընդդիմության վրա: Գալով ընտրության` թուրք ժողովուրդը պետք է կատարի հետևյալ որոշումը` քվեարկելու է ժողովրդավարակա՞ն ապագայի համար` բարեկամանալով Արևմուտքի ու ԱՄՆ–ի հետ, թե՞ ընտրելու է կառավարություն, որն ուղղված է ռադիկալիզմի, իսլամացման, կողմնորոշված է դեպի ահաբեկչությունը»:

ԱՄՆ–ից մեկ այլ անուղղակի պատասխան էլ է Էրդողանն ստացել: Ձերբակալվել է «Halk Bankasi»–ի փոխնախագահը: Դա պետական մասնակցությամբ թուրքական ամենախոշոր բանկն է: Բացի այդ, կալանավորվել է իրանցի գործարար Ռեզա Զարաբը: Փաստորեն դեռ 2013 թ. ընթացող հակակոռուպցիոն լայնամասշտաբ հետաքննության արդյունքում բացի գործարարից, ձերբակալվում է նաև պաշտոնյա: Հետաքննությունների դաշնային բյուրոյի նյութերում նշվում է, որ Ռեզա Զարաբը նվիրատվության անվան տակ միլիոնավոր դոլարներ է փոխանցել Էրդողանի տիկնոջը և որդուն:

Թուրք վերլուծաբանը ներկայացնում է մեկ այլ ուշագրավ հանգամանք ևս: «Ամերիկյան անվտանգության և հետախուզության ծառայություններին մոտ կանգնած մի անձ` Մայքլ Ռուբինը կատարել է հետևյալ գրառումը. «Մի՞թե Էրդողանը համարում է, որ մենք չգիտենք, թե որտեղ է թաքցնում գողացած փողերը»,– Ռուբինի խոսքերը մեջբերել է Ասալիօղլուն:

Ըստ ամենայնի, հանրաքվեից առաջ մասնավորապես ամերիկյան կողմը փորձում է սեղմել օղակը:
