Յունիբանկի նոր թողարկման դրամային պարտատոմսերը ցուցակվել են Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում

Յունիբանկի դրամային պարտատոմսերի 13-րդ թողարկումը ցուցակվել է Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի հարթակում։ Թողարկման ծավալը կազմում է 1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը՝ 10,5% տարեկան: Հաշվի առնելով ներդրողների մեծ պահանջարկը՝ պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումն ավարտեց ժամկետից շուտ:
 
Այժմ տեղաբաշխման ընթացքում է բանկի դոլարային պարտատոմսերի նոր թողարկումը: Դոլարային պարտատոմսերի թողարկման ծավալը կազմում է 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, արժեկտրոնային եկամուտը՝ 5.3% տարեկան, շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 36 ամիս: Արժեկտրոնային եկամուտը կվճարվի եռամսյակը մեկ: 

Յունիբանկի պարտատոմսերը կարելի է ձեռքբերել բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակում կամ 53 մասնաճյուղերից ցանկացածում: Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո դոլարային պարտատոմսերը ևս կցուցակվեն Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում: Երկրորդային ցուցակումն կիրականացվի Մոսկվայի բորսայում, ինչի շնորհիվ ռուսաստանյան ներդրողները կարող են դրանք ձեռքբերել առանց Հայաստանում հաշիվ բացելու:

Պարտատոմսերի հիմնական առավելությունները երաշխավորված բարձր եկամուտն ու ապահովվածությունն է: «Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն, բանկի կողմից թողարկված անվանական պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի» կողմից:
 
Հայաստանի Ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված երկու կամ ավելի տարի մարման ժամկետով պարտատոմսերից ստացված եկամուտը հարկման ենթակա չէ:
 
Պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագիրը /գրանցված ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 22.01.2021թ. թիվ 1/25 Ա որոշմամբ), դրա լրացումները և թողարկման վերջնական պայմանները հրապարակված են www.unibank.am կայքում:
