ՀՀ-ում մեկ ժամում միջինացված արտադրողականությունը վեց դոլար է, ԵԱՏՄ-ում 11 դոլար, իսկ զարգացած երկրներում՝ 43 դոլար

Վերջերս ինձ ներկայացվել է արտադրողականության վերաբերյալ զեկույց, իսկ արտադրողականությունն այն է, թե մեկ ժամում աշխատողը քանի դրամի կամ դոլարի արժեք է ստեղծում: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 11-ին, կառավարության հերթական նիստի ժամանակ ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Այս առումով մենք շատ-շատ զիջում ենք աշխարհի զարգացած, նույնիսկ զարգացող երկրներին, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՏՄ երկրների շարքերում էլ առաջնային տեղ չունենք»,-ասաց նա:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության անդամների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց այն փաստի վրա, որ շատ դեպքերում կարիք ունեն չափազանց կարեւոր տերմինների, խնդիրների հնարավորինս մատչելի դարձնելու հանրության համար, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսվարող հանրության համար, քանի որ արտադրողականություն տերմինը միշտ չի եղել տնտեսության մեջ:

«Հիմա մեր բոլոր տնտեսվարողները իրենց տարեկան պլանները կազմելիս, ծախսերը, եկամուտները հաշվարկելիս արդյոք հաշվի առնում են արտադրողականության կոմպոնենտը: Վստահ չեմ, որ այդպես է»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ ներկայացրեց վերջերս գործընկերներից մեկի հետ ունեցած քննարկումը, երբ ընկերության տնօրենը պատմում էր, որ իրենց ընկերության գործերն այդքան էլ լավ չէին եւ չէին հասկացել, թե ինչու, օտարերկրյա խորհրդատուներ են հրավիրել, եւ վերջիններիս առաջին հարցը եղել է, թե որքան է  արտադրողականության ցուցանիշը, իսկ ընկերությունում այդ մասին չեն լսել: «Ընկերության առողջացման գործընթացը սկսվել է արտադրողականության ցուցանիշից: Տվյալ դեպքում խոսքը սուպերմարկետի մասին է, որտեղց արտադրողականության ցուցանիշը հետեւյալն էր, թե մեկ վաճառողը մեկ ժամում քանի հաճախորդի է սպասարկում».-ասաց վարչապետը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ երբ խոսում են արտադրողականության բարձրացման մասին, նախ պետք է ներկայացնել, թե ինչ է արտադրողականությունը:

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահրամ Քերոբյանը ներկայացրեց, որ Հայաստանում մեկ ժամում միջինացված արտադրողականությունը վեց դոլար է, ԵԱՏՄ-ում միջինը 11,5 դոլար է, իսկ զարգացած երկրներում՝ 43 դոլար:. «Այս առումով էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը մի շարք ծրագրեր է մշակում մեծ եւ միջին ընկերությունների արտադրողականության աճի գործում օգնելու հարցում: Այսինքն խորհրդատվական եւ տեխնոլոգիական օգնություն կլինի»,-ասաց նախարարը:
