Սա, իհարկե, հազվադեպ է հանդիպում, սակայն՝ հնարավոր է: Եթե կնոջ օրգանիզմում միաժամանակ առաջանում է ավելի քան մեկ ձվաբջիջ եւ, նա կարճ ժամկետում սեռական կապի մեջ է մտնում երկու տարբեր տղամարդկանց հետ, նա կարող է հղիանալ երկուսից: Հավանականությունը՝ 400 դեպքերից 1-ը:

  1. Նույնիսկ իդենտիկ երկվորյակների մոտ մատնահետքը տարբեր է

Պտղի մոտ պապիլյար նախշերը ձեւավորվում են հղիության առաջին եռամսյակում: Յուրաքանչյուր մատի վրա պատկերի եզակիությունը որոշվում է ոչ միայն գենետիկայով, այլ արտաքին գործոններով՝ պտղի դիրք, աճի արագություն, մոր սնունդը եւ այլն: Այդ պատճառով իդենտիկ երկվորյակների մոտ մատնահետքը տարբեր է:

  1. Միաձվանի երկվորյակների երեխաները

Եթե միաձվանի երկվորյակ եղբայրները որոշեն միաձվանի երկվորյակ քույրերից երեխա ունենալ, նրանք կունենան երեխաներ, որոնք եւս կհամարվեն իդենտիկ երկվորյակներ:
