Այո, վարչական ռեսուրների օգտագործումը փաստ է. բավականին շատ արձագանքներ եղան մարզերից. Սոֆյա Հովսեփյան

Բոլոր չորս նախագահները, որոնք երկիրը հասցրել են այս կետին, պետք է կամ համախմբվեն կամ քաղաքական դաշտից մաքրվեն։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 3-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց անկախ պատգամավոր Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը։

«Բոլոր չորս նախագահները, որոնք երկիրը հասցրել են այս կետին, պետք է կամ համախմբվեն և իր երկիրն իրենց ստեղծածից դուրս բերեն կամ պետք է ուղղակի քաղաքական դաշտից մաքրվեն և թույլ տան այն մարդկանց, որոնք որևէ կերպ չեն առնչվել իրենց հետ, իրենց կարողությունները ներդնեն և հինգ տարի ժամկետ վերցնեն երկիրն այս վիճակից հանելու համար»,- ասաց Հովսեփյանը։

Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանի խոսքով՝ ինքն ահազանգեր է ստացել տարբեր մարդկանցից, որ իրենց հորդորում են մասնակցել մարտի 1-ին Հանրապետության հրապարակում կազմակերպած հանրահավաքին։

«Այո, վարչական ռեսուրների օգտագործումը փաստ է և բավականին շատ արձագանքներ եղան մարզերից, որ նման հարցերով դիմել են և մարզպետերը և մարզերից ընտրված պատգամավորները և կազմակերպել են իրենց այսպես ասած հանրահավաքը։ Ահազանգներ ստացել եմ բոլոր տեղերից, որ իրենց հորդորում են գալ։ Ինձնից կարծիք են հարցրել, ես կարծիք չեմ ասել, որովհետև իրենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ են և իրենք պետք է որոշեն։ Եթե այսօրվա իշխանությունը, մերժելով մի վարքագիծ, շարունակում է նույն վարքագիծը ուրեմն՝ մենք նորից հասել ենք զրոյական կետի կամ ավելի վատ վիճակում ենք»,- նշեց Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը։

Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանի կարծիքով՝Գլխավոր շտաբի և վարչապետի միջև եղած հակասությունների մասին պետք է բացատրություններ տան հենց իրենք․ «Այն, ինչ մենք տեսնում եք, կարծես թե առաջացավ «Իսկանդերի» չմտածված հայտարարությունների շղթայից հետո, բայց դա միայն արտաքին շերտն է»։

Ըստ Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանի՝ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ անկախ նրանից իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ է թե ընդդիմության պետք է փորձի ջանքեր ներդնել գերիներին վերադարձնելու համար։

«Այն, որ ընդդիմությունը գերիների հարցը շահարկելով փորձում է դիվիդենտներ վաստակել դա հասկանալի է, բայց երբ նույնն անում է իշխանությունը, դա արդեն անհասկանալի է։ Յուրաքանչյուր մարդ ինչքան ջանք կարող է ներդնել այս հարցին՝ լինի իշխանություն թե ընդդիմություն, պետք  է դա անի։ Եթե Արթուր Վանեցյանը կարող է կարճ ճանապարհ գտնել  և իր անձնական կապերով այդ հարցը լուծել, կարող է Կառավարությունից լիազորություն պահանջել և այդ հարցը լուծել։ Ես չեմ կարծում, որ եթե խոսքը գերիների մասին է, Կառավարությունը չի ունենա այնքան բարոյականություն, որ լիազորություն չտա»,- ասաց Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը։

Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանի խոսքով՝ Փաշինյանի՝ «վերջ թավիշին» արտահայտությունը անարդյունք հնչում է արդեն երեք տարի։

«Երեք  տարի շարունակ անգամ մանկապարտեզի երեխաների շուրթերից լսում ենք «վերջ թավիշին» արտահայտությունը։ Ծիծաղելի է, որ թավիշ գեղեցիկ բառը դարձել է այդքան անարժեքավոր։ Անկարողությունը թավիշի հետ մի շփոթեք։ Եթե չեն կարող բարձրաձայնած խոսքն ապացուցել, ուրեմն չունեն համապատասխան քննիչներին, դատախազներին, Ազգային անվտանգության մասնագետներին կամ ունեն, բայց չեն ցանկանում աշխատել, այսինքն՝  բավականին կառավարում չունեն այդ անձանց նկատմամբ, ուրեմն՝ անկարողունակ են»,- նշեց Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը։

Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը վստահեցրեց, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների  դեպքում իշխանությունն օգտագործելու է վարչական ռեսուրսներ․ «Ես վստահ եմ, որ և լինելու են վարչական ռեսուրսների կիրառում և այն արատավոր երևույթների կիրառումը, որոնք մենք հեղափոխության ժամանակ մերժել ենք»։
