1984 թ. ԻՆՉՊԵՍ ԵՂԵԼ Է. ամուսինը մկրատի 19 հարվածներով վաննայի մեջ սպանել է 7 ամսական հղի կնոջը

Երևանցի Արամ Հ.-ն իր ապագա կնոջը՝ Անահիտին առաջին անգամ հանդիպել էր բարեկամի տանը և գերվել էր աղջկա աչքերի գեղեցկությունից: Հետագա ժամադրությունների ժամանակ Արամը բազմիցս կրկնել էր. «Աչքերիդ մեռնեմ, քո մազին դիպչողի հերը կանիծեմ…»:

Արամն ու Անահիտն ամուսնացան 1979 թվականին: Նորաստեղծ ընտանիքը սկզբում ապրում էր Արամի ծնողների հետ համատեղ՝ նույն բնակարանում:

1980 թվականին Արամի հայրական տունը «պլանի տակ ընկավ», քանդվեց, նրանց ընտանիքին երկու նոր բնակարան հատկացրին: Երիտասարդ ամուսիններն ապահովվեցին առանձին բնակարանով:

Ծնվեցին նրանց երկու դուստրերը: Սակայն կյանքը նրանց նոր, գեղեցիկ բնակարանում, նույնիսկ երկու գեղեցիկ մանկիկների ներկայությամբ «երջանիկ» կոչել չէր կարելի:

Արամի բնավորությունը տարեցտարի փոխվում էր դեպի վատը: Նա դարձավ դյուրաբորբոք, կռվարար:

Խորհրդային տարիների դատավճռում արձանագրված է, որ Արամը «սիստեմատիկաբար հանրօգուտ աշխատանքով չէր զբաղվում, չարաշահում էր ալկոհոլը, որի պատճառով հաճախակի վեճ ու կռիվ էր սարքում տանը, հայհոյում ու ծեծում էր կնոջը»:

Այնուամենայնիվ, Անահիտն Արամից չհեռացավ: Հույս ուներ, թե Արամը նախկինի պես սիրող ամուսին կդառնա, կվերագտնեն նախկին երջանկությունը:

1984 թվականին Անահիտն ամուսնուն հայտնեց, թե երեխայի է սպասում: Որոշեցին երրորդ երեխային էլ ունենալ: Անահիտը երազում էր տղա ունենալ, մտածում էր՝ զավակի ծնունդը Արամին կսթափեցնի…

1984 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Արամ Հ.-ն միանգամից երկու հարսանիքի էր հրավիրված՝ բարեկամի ու հարևանի կողմից: Որոշեց երկու հարսանիքին էլ մասնակցել: Նա մենակ գնաց հարսանիք, 7 ամսական հղի Անահիտը նախընտրեց մնալ երեխաների հետ:

Արամը կրկնակի խրախճանքից տուն վերադարձավ գիշերվա ժամը 1-ին: Հարբած էր: Կինն ու այդ օրը նրանց հյուր եկած զոքանչը արթուն էին: Արամը նրանց միասին տեսնելով՝ անբացատրելի չարություն զգաց:

Վեճ սարքեց չնչին առիթից՝ Անահիտն առավոտյան հարևանից պարտքով փող էր վերցրել ու երեխաների համար «ձեռքի վրայից» տաք հագուստ էր գնել:

Արամն իր ինքնասիրությունը վիրավորված համարեց՝ ո՞նց թե՝ իր երեխաների համար շոր են առել հարևանի փողո՞վ, ինքն է՞դ տղեն է…

Արամն ամենակոպիտ հայհոյանքները տվեց կնոջ հասցեին, հետո էլ ձեռքի սրճեփը նետեց հղի կնոջ վրա:

Զոքանչը փորձեց հանգստացնել նրան, աղերսեց, որ խղճա հղի կնոջը: Բայց Արամը հարձակվեց զոքանչի վրա, անխնա ծեծեց ու դանակով սպառնալով՝ տանից դուրս արեց:

Աղմուկ-աղաղակից արթնացան փոքրիկ աղջիկները, մնացած դաժան գործողությունները Արամը կատարեց երեխաների ներկայությամբ…

Արամը դաժանորեն ծեծեց հղի կնոջը: Հետո ձեռքն առավ մկրատը, Անահիտին քարշ տալով տարավ լոգասենյակ, գցեց լոգարանի մեջ: Նա սկսեց մկրատով հարվածներ հասցնել հղի կնոջ մարմնին: Արամը հարվածները տեղում էր արագ, առանց կնոջ ու երեխաների աղաղակներին ուշադրություն դարձնելու, առանց չծնված երեայի մասին հիշելու…

Երբ աղմուկից արթնացած հարևանները մտան նրանց բնակարան, Արամն արդեն մկրատի 19 հարված էր հասցրել, սպանել էր Անահիտին ու դեռ չծնված երեխային և… մկրատով փորձում էր հանել կնոջ աչքերը, որոնք սառը հանդիմանանքով անթարթ նայում էին նրան:

Վրա հասած հարևաններից Արամը պահանջում էր. «Թողեք ես սրա աչքերը հանեմ, հանգստանամ»…

Դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննությամբ Արամ Հ.-ն ճանաչվեց մեղսունակ: Նա հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ չէր տառապում…

1984 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ի դատավճռով Արամ Հ.-ն դատապարտվեց 15 տարի ազատազրկման:
