Գերմանիայի ՊՆ. ՌԴ-ն եւ Չինաստանը կփորձեն քաղաքական օգուտ քաղել կորոնավիրուսի համավարակից

Ռուսաստանը եւ Չինաստանը կփորձեն քաղաքական օգուտ քաղել կորոնավիրուսի համավարակից: Այս մասին DW-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Գերմանիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը:

«Մենք գիտենք, որ Ռուսաստանում, այդ թվում` ուժային կառույցներում, քննարկվում է, որ կորոնավիրուսի պատճառով Արեւմուտքում շատ պետություններ տարված կլինեն ներկայիս ճգնաժամի հետեւանքներով եւ պատճառված տնտեսական վնասներով, եւ դա ավելի շատ տարածք կտա ռուսական ազդեցության համար միջազգային ասպարեզում»,- նշել է Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը:

Ըստ նրա` միամտություն կլիներ հավատալ, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Չինաստանը չեն ցանկանա «COVID-19-ի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակն օգտագործել իրենց շահերի համար»: Խոսելով ՉԺՀ-ի մասին` նա այդ երկիրը «հակասական մարտահրավեր» է անվանել Եվրամիության եւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար: «Մի կողմից, դա կարեւոր տնտեսական գործընկեր է, մեծ երկիր` առանց որի անհնար է լուծել մարդկության գլոբալ խնդիրները, ինչպիսին է կլիմայի փոփոխությունը: Բայց դա նաեւ մի երկիր է, որը ձգտում է ազդեցություն ունենալ` դիմելով այնպիսի մեթոդների, որոնց մասին մենք կարող ենք ասել, որ դրանք չեն համապատասխանում բազմակողմանիությանը կամ կանոնների վրա հիմնված կարգին»,- ասել է գերմանացի նախարարը:

Նա նշել է, որ դա դեռ չի արտացոլվել ՆԱՏՕ-ի դոկտրինում, սակայն այժմ դաշինքի երկրները, ինչպես նաեւ Եվրամիությունը, պետք է պատասխան գտնեն այս ռազմավարական մարտահրավերին:
