ՀՀ իշխանությունն ակնհայտորեն գաղտնի գործընթացի մեջ է Ադրբեջանի հետ․ Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոն ՀԿ ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հրապարակել է փաստաթղթի լուսանկար, որը, ըստ համացանցում տարածված տեղեկությունների, ՀՀ-ի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված հերթական փաստաթուղթն է։

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի դաշնության միջև ստորագրված հուշագրի նույնիսկ տեքստը հրապարակվեց և շրջանառվեց համացանցում, սակայն ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը հայտարարեց, որ տեղյակ չէ այդ հուշագրից, իսկ վարչապետը առ այս պահը չի արձագանքել դրան։

Կապանի, Մեղրիի համայնքների ղեկավարերը ԶԼՄ-ներին հայտնել են, որ իրենք էլ են լսել նման հուշագրի մասին, ավելի վաղ այդ մասին նշել էր նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։ Իսկ փոխվարչապետ Ավինյանը երեկ խոսեց այս պայմանավորվածության մասին՝ փորձելով խուսափել հուշագիր բառից։

Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ակնհայտորեն գաղտնի գործընթացի մեջ է Ադրբեջանի հետ, որի վերջին օրինակն այս գաղտնազերծված հուշագիրն էր, ինչը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը փաստորեն գաղտնի են պահել հանրությունից։

Այս հուշագրի առաջին կետով Ադրբեջանին է հանձնվել Սանասարի (նախկ․ Ղուբաթլու) և Կովսականի (Զանգելան) այն հատվածները, որոնք նոյեմբերի 10 եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ չպետք է հանձնվեին Ադրբեջանին, սակայն ավելի ուշ, Փաշինյանը «շտկել է իր սխալը»՝ տարածքները գաղտնի հանձնելու որոշում կայացրել։

Փաստաթղթով նաև կարգավորումներ են տրված Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհատվածի հետ կապված հարցերին։

Տարօրինակ կերպով, այս տեղեկատվությանը տիրապետող ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարները ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ չեն ձեռնարկել, այլ նույնիսկ ինքնակամ ազատման դիմումներ չեն գրել։ Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է այս ամենը հանդուրժել։
