«Այս կառավարությունն ու ներդրումներն իրարից խիստ հեռու են». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Եվրապարտատոմսերի այս թողարկումը մեզ հաջողվեց իրականացնել Հայաստանի պատմության համար ամենացածր տոկոսադրույքով։ Սա նշանակում է, որ ներդրողները հավատում են Հայաստանի տնտեսական և քաղաքական ապագային»,- նախօրեին էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Սակայն տնտեսագետների գերակշռ մեծամասնությունը բացարձակ հակառակ կարծիք ունի: Մասնավորաբար, «Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է, որ տնտեսությունը դեպի անդունդ տանող այս կառավարությունն ու ներդրումներն իրարից խիստ հեռու են: «Ներդրումների հավանականության պոտենցիալն այս պահին Հայաստանում զրոյական է: Ներդրումների ներգրավման տեսանկյունից կարևոր է կանխատեսելիությունը:

Ներկա կառավարությունը ցույց է տվել, որ շատ անկանխատեսելի է. անում է հայտարարություն, անում դրանից 180 աստիճանով տարբերվող գործողություն»,ասաց Ն. Սարգսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս իշխանությունները պիտակավորել են բիզնեսին, անհարկի քրեական գործեր հարուցել, գործարարներին այնպիսի ճնշումների են ենթարկում, որ կապիտալը պարզապես արտահոսում է ՀՀ-ից: Ինչ վերաբերում է եվրոբոնդերին, որոնք փաստացի 750 մլն դոլարով մեծացրին ՀՀ պարտքը, ապա Նաիրի Սարգսյանի համոզմամբ, «եթե պարտքը ներգրավում ենք ընթացիկ ծախսերը սպասարկելու համար, ապա սա ռիսկային է, որովհետև այդ պարքի վերադարձելիությունը կասկածի տակ է:

Չմոռանանք նաև այն, որ նախորդ կառավարությունների թողարկած եվրոբոնդերի մարման ժամկետները մոտենում են: Այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ նույնիսկ դա չենք կարողանալու սպասարկել, բայց ևս մեկ անգամ պարտքն ավելացնում ենք»: «Չեմ նախանձում հաջորդ կառավարություններին, որոնք անգամ մեծ ցանկության դեպքում շատ լուրջ դժվարություններ կունենան այս անդունդից տնտեսությունը փրկելու համար»,- ամփոփեց «Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահը:
