Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կտրուկ որոշումը

Արտահերթ ընտրությունների շուրջ Նիկոլ+17 ներքին խեղկատակությունը շարունակվում է, ինչն անկասկած կապված է մոսկովյան պլանավորման հետ։ Կրեմլը պահում է Փաշինյանի ռեժիմը, միաժամանակ նրան դնելով ներքին ու արտաքին ուժգին ճնշման տակ, քարոզչական եւ այլ միջոցներով։ Այս մասին շատ է խոսվել, սակայն հարկ է հակիրճ նկարագրել նպատակները՝ Երեւանում խամաճիկ կառավարության գոյություն, որի վրա պետք է բարդվեն բոլոր մեղքերը, եռակողմ հայտարարությանը հավատարմություն հայտնող «ընդդիմություն», Ռուսաստանը պետք է ազատվի որեւէ պատասխանատվությունից եւ մնա իր «փրկչական» կերպարում, Հայաստանի հանրության շրջանում պետք է տարածվի հուսալքության ու անզորության զգացումը, այդ թվում գերիների հարցի ձգձգումով եւ այլն՝ այս ամենը Հայաստանի դեմ ռուս-թուրքական տանդեմի ծրագրերի իրագործման եւ հայկական պահանջների ներքին ու արտաքին հնարավորությունների չեզոքացման երաշխիքն է։

 

Այս սխեմաները սպասարկող հայաստանյան շրջանակները պետք է գիտակցեն, թե ինչի տակ են մտել։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, հնարավոր չէ նույնիսկ կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում ապահովել այդ սցենարի արդյունավետությունը, քանի որ ամեն ինչ տեսանելի ու հասկանալի է դառնում։ Նույնիսկ 17-ի մեջ կան ուժեր, որոնք հասկացել են այս հանգամանքը, իսկ Նիկոլ+17 մոսկովյան մտահղացման շրջանակից դուրս սկսել են միավորվել հանրային տարբեր խմբեր, ձեւավորելով այլ՝ հայկական իրավունքների օրակարգ։ Մոսկվայի անհանգստությունը ներհայկական իրավիճակից արտահայտվեց Քոչարյանի «վերադարձով», առկա իրավիճակը պահելու համար:

 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շուրջ այսպիսով հյուսվել է ներքին ու արտաքին «երաշխիքների» համալիր, որի միջոցով Երեւանին պարտադրվում են որոշումներ ու զիջումներ: Հնարավոր է՝ կան նաեւ այլ միջոցներ, օրինակ՝ քաղաքական ու անձնական բնույթի կոմպրոմատներ Փաշինյանի դեմ. ի վերջո, Մոսկվան մտել է լուրջ գործընթացի տակ ոչ այն բանի համար, որ լինեն պատահականություններ ու տապալումներ:

 

Նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պահվածքն ու հայտարարություններն այս իրավիճակի վկայությունն են: Օբյեկտիվորեն, նա չէր կարող նախաձեռնել աշխարհքաղաքական նման մասշտաբի սցենար, դա իր խելքի ու հնարավորությունների բանը չէր: Այս առումով, նրա միակ մեղավոր լինելը խիստ կասկածելի թեզ է: Այստեղ խնդիրն այլ է՝ նա տեղյա՞կ էր այդ պլաններից, մասնակի՞ց էր դրանց, թե՞ դրվել է այնպիսի իրավիճակում, որ ստիպված էր համաձայնել:

Սակայն սա չի հանում Փաշինյանի պատասխանատվության հարցը: Իր հերթին, նրա շուրջ հյուսված այս կաթվածահար վիճակը, անձամբ նրա գործոնը նախեւառաջ ռուս-թուրքական տանդեմին հնարավորություն է տալիս իրագործել հակահայկական ձեռնարկումները, պարտադրել նոր զիջումներ, մնալով պատասխանատվությունից դուրս եւ հնարավորություն ստանալով լեգիտիմացնել դրանք, անշրջելի դարձնելով որոշակի հանգամանքներ:
