Դպրոցականները մշակութային օջախներ կարող են այցելել 2020 թվականին բաշխված տոմսերով

«Դպրոցական բաժանորդային  համակարգի» (աբոնեմենտային) ծրագիրը շարունակվում է նաև 2021 թ.-ին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեցին ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունից, այս տարի հանրակրթական դպրոցներում սովորող աշակերտները մշակութային օջախներ կարող են այցելել 2020 թ.-ին բաշխված, սակայն COVID-19 համավարակով պայմանավորված՝ դեռևս չկիրառված բաժանորդային տոմսերով: Դպրոցականներին 2021 թ.-ին նոր տոմսեր չեն տրամադրվի:

 

Ծրագրի շրջանակում աշակերտներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում մինչև հրամանով սահմանված ժամանակահատվածի ավարտն անվճար հիմունքներով այցելել մշակութային երեք հաստատություն՝ թանգարան, թատրոն, համերգասրահ՝ յուրաքանչյուրը մեկ անգամ: Ծրագրից կարող են օգտվել պետական հանրակրթական դպրոցների 1-12-րդ դասարանների աշակերտները: Յուրաքանչյուր 10 աշակերտի տրամադրվում է 1 լրացուցիչ տոմս, որը նախատեսված է ուղեկցող ուսուցչի համար:

 

Տոմսերը կարող են կիրառվել ինչպես անհատական, այնպես էլ խմբային այցելությունների դեպքում: Անհրաժեշտ է (հատկապես թատրոն և համերգասրահ այցելելուց առաջ) նախապես կապ հաստատել համապատասխան հաստատության հետ և ամրագրել այցը: Մշակութային հաստատությունը (թատրոն, համերգասրահ) իրավասու է սահմանել ծրագրի շրջանակում դպրոցականներին հատկացվող տեղերի քանակը, ինչպես նաև տվյալ ներկայացմանը, համերգին աշակերտների մասնակցության նպատակահարմարությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով տարիքային խումբը:

 

Բաժանորդային տոմսերն աշակերտներին բաշխվում են դպրոցների միջոցով, որոնց վրա պարտադիր է դպրոցի կնիքը: Ծրագրի նպատակն է մշակութային միջոցառումներին աշակերտների ներգրավվածության բարձրացումը, մշակութային հաստատություն այցելելու ավանդույթի, գեղարվեստական ճաշակի և լայն աշխարհայացքի ձևավորումը:
