Ամեն ինչ կարող է գլխիվայր շրջվել Ղարաբաղում, իսկ թուրքական բայրաքթարներն ու ռուսական չաշխատող ՀՕՊ-ն արդեն դեր չեն խաղա

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը մեկնաբանել է Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլյութ Չավուշօղլուի հայտարարությունը, որ «եթե խաղաղությունն ամուր լինի, Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ են քայլեր ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար»։

 

«ԵԱՀԿ հանձնառությունների խախտումներով Հայաստանի սահմանների մոտ իրականացվող թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժությունները չեն վկայում, որ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ղեկավարությունը խաղաղ մտադրություններ ունի Հայաստանի հանդեպ», – ասել է Նաղդալյանը:

 

Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը մտադիր են զորավարժություն անցկացնել Կարսում, որի անկումը նշանավորում է հայերի համար Արեւելյան Անատոլիայի կորստի 100-ամյակը։ Այն ժամանակ դա տեղի ունեցավ ռուս-թուրքական տանդեմի գործողությունների հետեւանքով, որը 100 տարի անց շարունակում է Հայաստանի բաժանումը։ 2020 թ․ նոյեմբերին ընկավ հայկական Շուշին․ 2020 թվականի ամռանը Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը նույնպես խոշոր զորավարժություններ էին անցկացրել։

 

Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի արտաքին գործերի հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Լեոնիդ Սլուցկին Հայաստանի կամ Ռուսաստանի համար սպառնալիք չի տեսնում Կարսում թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժություններից։ «Դա մասամբ Արեւմուտքից եկող դիրքորոշում է։ Ես չեմ տեսնում որեւէ լուրջ սպառնալիք մինչ այն պահը, երբ Հայաստանի աշխարհքաղաքական մրցակիցները կհատեն կարմիր գծերը։ Բայց նման բան չի նկատվում։ Ռուսաստանն իրավիճակը մշտական վերահսկողության տակ է պահելու՝ մշտական կապի մեջ լինելով տարածաշրջանի երկրների առաջնորդների հետ», – ասել է նա։

Սլուցկին արցախյան պատերազմն ու արցախյան հողերի օկուպացիան չի համարում «կարմիր գծի հատում», հավանաբար այն պատճառով, որ դա համաձայնեցվել է Հայաստանի «դաշնակից» Ռուսաստանի հետ։

Ինչո՞վ են պայմանավորված Կարսի զորավարժությունները։ Հայաստանի նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը կարծում է, որ ռուսական վերնախավի ընկալմամբ, Ռուսաստանն արդեն մեծ ծառայություն է մատուցել մեզ՝ կանգնեցնելով պատերազմը եւ թույլ չտալով թյուրքական կոալիցիային ամբողջությամբ գրավել Արցախը։ Ընդ որում, նա ասում է, որ Ռուսաստանի համար դժվար կլինի ֆինանսական մեծ ներարկումներ անել Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում, այդ պատճառով չի բացառվում, որ երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության ու անվտանգության երաշխիքների անվան տակ Հայաստանում թյուրքական տնտեսական էքսպանսիա սկսվի։
