Դոնալդ Թրամփը վերադառնում է ընտանեկան բիզնեսին

ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը վերադառնում է ընտանեկան բիզնեսին: Վերջին մեկ տարում պանդեմիայի պատճառով Վաշինգտոնում գտնվող նրա Doral գոլֆ ակումբի ու երկու շոտլանդական կուրորտների շահույթն ընկել է ավելի քան 40 տոկոսով, գրում է AP-ը:

2020 թվականին Թրամփի ֆինանսական տեղեկատվության բացահայտումից պարզվել է, որ նրա ընկերությունը ավելի քան 300 մլն դոլարի չափով պարտք ունի, որի մեծ մասը պետք է մարի առաջիկա 4 տարիների ընթացքում:

Էրիկ Թրամփը, ով Դոնալդ Թրամփ կտրսերի հետ  ղեկավարել է Trump Organization-ը վերջին 4 տարիներին, AP-ին ասել է, որ պարտքը «աննշան» է:

«Գոլֆ բիզնեսը երբեք ավելի ուժեղ չի եղել: Մենք հարյուրավոր նոր մարդկանց ենք ընդունել»,-ասել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ շահույթը կազմում է տասնյակ միլիոններ:

National Doral գոլֆ ակումբը Թրամփի եկամտի ամենախոշոր ակումբն է, դրա շահույթը կազմել է 44,2 մլն դոլար, ինչը 33 միլիոնով քիչ է, քան 2019 թվականին: Վաշինգտոնում գտնվող Trump International հյուրանոցի եկամուտները կազմել են ընդամենը 15,1 մլն դոլար, ինչը 60 տոկոսով քիչ է, քան մեկ տարի առաջ:

Շոտլանդիայում գտնվող Թրամփի «Թերնբերրի» ակումբը ստացել է առնվազն 10 մլն դոլար, ինչը 60 տոկոսով քիչէ, քան մեկ տարի առաջ: Աբերդինում ընտանեկան գոլֆ ակումբի եկամուտներն ընկել են գրեթե նույնչափ:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Թրամփի ընդլայնված հոլդինգը, որը կազմված է հյուրանոցներից, կուրորտներից, գրասենյակային շենքերից, լիցենզավորված գործարքներից եւ այլ ակտիվներից, նրան 2020 թվականին բերել է առնվազն 278 մլն դոլար ՝ 3 անգամ ավելի քիչ, քան 2019-ին:

Նախկին հաճախորդների եւ գործընկերների կողմից ֆինանսական հարվածը Թրամփի հոլդինգին պարզ չէ, սակայն այն կարող է զգալի լինել:  Նյու Յորքում հայտնել են, որ կխզեն տարբեր պայմանագրեր ընկերությունների հետ, այդ թվում Բրոնքսում սահադաշտերի եւ գոլֆ ակումբների բացման պայմանագրերը:
