Քաղաքական բամբասանքների շքերթ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններից հետո ամենամեծ ակնկալիքը, որը պետք է ունենար հայաստանյան հասարակությունը, խորքային ու արմատական քաղաքական գործընթացներն էին։ Անշուշտ, քանի դեռ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի համապատասխան զեկույցը հրապարակված չէ, խորհրդարանի վերջնական կազմը դեռևս հստակ չէ, սակայն սա չպետք է խանգարեր քաղաքական գործընթացի ձևավորմանը, առավել ևս այն դեպքում, երբ առաջիկայում Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններն են։ Այս փաստը պետք է սթափեցնող ազդեցություն ունենար, և քաղաքական ուժերը հարկ է, որ կրկին նետվեին նախընտրական արշավի:
Սակայն այն, ինչ վերջին օրերին կատարվում է հայաստանյան լրատվական հարթակներում, շատ դժվար է քաղաքական գործընթացի նկարագրություն անվանել։ Ըստ էության մենք շարունակում ենք ականատես լինել վաղուց արդեն սովորական երևույթներին, այն է՝ ինչ–որ մեկի պրոյեկտը լինելու մասին արդեն զավեշտալի դարձող մեղադրանքներին։
Այս առումով ՕՐՕ դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում ուղղակիորեն հայտարարում է, թե «Ելք» դաշինքի ցուցակը կազմվել է Վատիկանում ՀՀ դեսպան և Սերժ Սարգսյանի փեսա Միքայել Մինասյանի ուշադիր հայացքի տակ, ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ Մարտիրոսյանին հակադարձում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ գրեթե նույնատիպ մեղադրանքով։ Բանը հասնում է նրան, որ Միքայել Մինասյանն իր հերթին հանդես է գալիս բաց նամակով՝ կողմերին կոչ անելով չհոլովել իր անունը իր անձի և գործունեության հետ կապ չունեցող իրողությունների կապակցությամբ։ Արդյունքում այս ամբողջ թնջուկը վերածվում է որևէ արդյունք չտվող կենցաղային զրույցի։
Պետք է նշել, որ որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում կան և միշտ էլ եղել են ստվերային գործունեություն իրականացնող գործիչներ կամ, այսպես ասած գորշ կարդինալներ, սակայն, որպես կանոն, նման պրոցեսները շատ հազվադեպ են դառնում հանրության սեփականությունը։
Այս տեսանկյունից ՕՐՕ–«Ելք» «փոխհրաձգությունը», մեղմ ասած, անհասկանալի է դառնում, քանի որ եթե կողմերից որևէ մեկը իր պնդումների համար ունի հիմնավոր փաստեր, ապա պետք է պարզապես հրապարակի դրանք՝ նկատի ունենալով թափանցիկ քաղաքական գործընթացի կարևորությունը, իսկ եթե չկան նման փաստեր, և ամեն ինչ մնում է բամբասանքի, պտտվող լուրերի և ենթադրությունների մակարդակում, ապա բացարձակապես անհասկանալի է դառնում նման տեղեկատվությունը լուրջ քաղաքական գործիչների շուրթերից։
Վերջապես, ցավոք սրտի, նման «փոխհրաձգությունները», Օպերայում ռեստորան բացելը և այլ այս մակարդակի տեղեկությունները պարզապես մոռացնել են տալիս նախընտրական շրջանում դպրոցների տնօրենների սկանդալը, ընտրակաշառքները, և անշուշտ, հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի առավել բովանդակային խնդիրներն ու մարտահրավերները, որոնք, կարծում ենք, շատ ավելի մեծ կարևորություն ունեն, քան քաղաքական ու լրատվական դաշտերում պտտվող բամբասանքները։
Վերջապես այս ամենից զատ, եթե այսօրինակ բանավեճերի ենք մենք հանդիպելու նաև առաջիկայում, ապա ի՞նչ պառլամենտարիզմի մասին կարող է խոսք գնալ ընդհանրապես։
