Շուշին ընկավ 2 պատճառով. Խորհրդատվությունը տվել եմ, բայց այդ խորհրդատվությունը լսող է պետք. Սեյրան Օհանյան

Շուշին ընկավ երկու պատճառով. Առաջինը կառավարման մակարդակը, երկրորդը, ժամանակին այդ ուղղությամբ առաջնային ղեկավարման կետ չէր ձեւավորվել, որը կարող էր ճիշտ համագործակցություն իրականացնել: Այս մասին «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում նշեց պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

«Խորհրդատվությունը տվել եմ, բայց այդ խորհրդատվությունը լսող է պետք»,-ասաց նա:

«Այնտեղ որտեղ ճիշտ մարտավարություն է ընտրվել, ինժեներական կառույցները լավն են եղել, 3-4 ժամ ռմբակոծելու ընթացքում ինչ ասես չեն թափել մեզ վրա, բայց մեկ վիրավոր անգամ չենք տվել: Այտեղ, որտեղ կարգապահությունն ամուր չի եղել,  ճիշտ չեն խրամատավորվել, այդտեղ ունեցել ենք շատ կորուստներ: Մեր կորուստների գրեթե կեսը կարող էր չլինել, եթե լավ կարգապահություն լիներ»,-ընդգծեց Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

Հարցին, թե եթե հենց առաջին օրերին դադարեցվեր պատերազմը, ինչպիսի հանգուցալուծում կունենայինք, այդյոք այդ 5+2 շրջանները չէին հանձնվելու, նա պատասխանեց. «Հետաքրքիր զուգադիպությամբ ես սեպտեմբերի 28-ի լույս 29-ի գիշերը եղել եմ Արցախի ՊԲ հրամանատարական կետում եւ արդեն սեպտեմբերի 30-ին կարճ վերլուծություն եմ գրել ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակի մասին եւ համապատասխան առաջարկություններ արել: Ես նշել եմ, որ կտրուկ միջոցներ պետք է ձեռնարկել Արցախի եւ ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից բանակցային գործընթացի վերականգնման եւ ՊԲ-ինհամակողմանի ապահովման ուղղությամբ: Իհարկե, եթե կանգնեցվեր, պատերազմի ընթացքն այլ կլիներ, այդ 5+2-ի բանակցային ընթացքն այնպիսի կլիներ, որ մենք հնարավորություններ կունենայինք մեր համար ձեռնտու որոշումներ ընդունելու»:
