Լավրովի այսօրվա հայտարարություններն ու գնահատականները խիստ ուշագրավ էին և կարևոր. Արմեն Աշոտյան

ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 
 
1. Լավրովը փաստեց, որ ռազմագերիների փոխանակման լիարժեք գործընթացի լիարժեք իրականացման համար նախ եղել է հայկական կողմի մեղավորությունը, որն ի սկզբանե չէր ներկայացրել իր քաղաքացիների ամբողջական ցուցակը: Սա ապացուցում է այն գնահատականը, որ գործող վարչակազմը լրջորեն և սրտացավ չի զբաղվել այս խնդրով:
 
2. Խոսելով նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո Հադրութի շրջանում ռազմագերի դարձած մեր 62 տղաների մասին՝ ակնհայտ ընդգծվեց ադրբեջանական կողմի մանիպուլյատիվ և առևտրային մոտեցումը ռազմագերիների փոխանակման հարցում: Հուսադրող է, որ Լավրովի կարծիքով այնուհանդերձ կողմերը պիտի վերադառնան “բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց” սկզբունքին:
 
3. Հադրութում գերի ընկած մեր տղաների հետ կապված այնուհանդերձ կրկին ակնհայտ է հայկական կապիտուլյանտների անմեղսունակությունը, ինչի պատճառով այդպես էլ պարզ չի դառնում, ինչ հիմքով են զինադադարից հետո երկու հայկական գյուղերն անցել Ադրբեջանին, ինչի հետևանքով մեր զինվորականներն հայտնվել են գերության մեջ և շահարկվում են Ալիևի կողմից: Մանավանդ, հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ գյուղերը մեկ օրով ընդրկվեցին ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի պատասխանատվության քարտեզում:
 
4. Լավրովը վերահաստատեց նաև ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ռուսաստանյան համանախագահ Պոպովի հայտարարության մեջ տեղ գտած Լաչինի միջանցքին վերաբերող գնահատականները:
 
5. Միաժամանակ հայկական դավաճանական ոհմակի պատճառով նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո Լաչինի միջացնքի և Սյունիքով դեպի Նախիջևան բացվելիք ճանապարհների միջև միջազգային ընկալման մեջ փաստացի անալոգիաներ են տարվում և դրվում է հավասարության նշան, ինչը երբեք մինչ այդ չի եղել:
 
6. Լավրովը նաև մեկ այլ, խիստ ուշագրավ հայտարարություն արեց: Նա ուղիղ տեքստով 44-օրյա պատերազմի նախադրալյաներից մեկը դիտարկեց գործող իշխանությունների անհավասարակշիռ և պոպուլիստական հայտարարությունները՝ բանակցային գործընթացի տրամաբանույթունից դուրս, ինչը նպաստեց պատերազմին: Լավրովը փաստացի մեղադրեց Հայաստանի դավադիր իշխանություններին նման պատերազմի համար դիվանագիտական հող ստեղծելու մեջ:
 
7. Հուսադրող է, որ Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը վերահաստատվում է որպես ապագա բանակցությունների հիմնահարց, այն էլ՝ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ձևաչափով, ինչի մասին ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը նույնպես երկու անգամ շեշտեց:
 
Փաստենք, որ Արցախի և Հայաստանի ապագային վերաբերող հիմնահարցերն այնքան շատ են ու ճակատագրական, որ ակնհայտ է մեզ այս օրն հասցրած դավադիրների ոհմակից անհապաղ ազատվելու գերխնդիրը:
