Հայաստանում 22 հազարից ավելի բիզնեսներ են փակվել

Նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում իրենց գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրել են 22154  կազմակերպություններ և անհատ ձեռնարկատերեր, ընդ որում  միայն 7760–ը՝  հոկտեմբեր–դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին։ Այս մասին  NEWS.am–ը տեղեկացավ՝ համադրելով Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին ուղղված գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան ստացված տվյալները։

Համամատության համար նշենք, որ 2020–ին 7563-ով կամ 52 տոկոսով ավելի շատ կազմակերպություններ են դադարեցրել իրենց գործունեությունը, քան 2019–ին։

Խոսքը այն կազմակերպությունների և անհատ  ձեռնարկատերերի մասին է, որոնք  ներկայացրել են ժամանակավոր դադարեցման վերաբերյալ դիմումներ և մինչև 2021թ. հունվարի 13–ը չեն վերսկսել գործունեությունը։ Նշենք, որ գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրած կազմակերպությունների մեջ չեն դիտարկվել պետական, համայնքային ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունները և պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկները։

Նկատենք, որ վերջին տարիների կտրվածքով այս ցուցանիշն աննախադեպ է և պայմանավորված է Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի տարածմամբ, ինչպես նաև 2020թ. սեպտեմբերին Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված ադրբեջանա–թուրքական պատերազմի բացասական հետևանքներով։ Փաստն այն է, որ կառավարության հակաճգնաժամային ծրագրերով ոչ միայն չի հաջողել զսպել օրեցօր խորացող տնտեսական աղետը, այլև սխալ հարկային և տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը ավելի է խորացրել առկա ճգնաժամը։ Արդյունքում՝ հազարավոր բիզնեսներ սնանկացել են, իսկ շատերն էլ հետագա հնարավոր կորուստներից խուսափելու համար գերադասել են ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնել իրենց տնտեսական գործունեությունը, ինչի արդյունքում փակվել են բազմաթիվ աշխատեղեր և զգալիորեն նվազել են հարկային մուտքերը։ Պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ ճգնաժամի ամենամեծ հարվածը ստացել է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը, ինչը կանխատեսելի էր՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ կառավարության աջակցության ծրագրերից և հարկային արտոնություններից հիմնականում օգտվել են խոշոր բիզնեսի սեփականատերերը։

Բացի այդ, ըստ ՊԵԿ–ի տվյալների՝ 2020թ. ընթացքում լուծարվել կամ հաշվառումից հանվել է 4918 կազմակերպություն և անհատ ձեռնարկատեր։ Այսինքն՝ այդքան կազմակերպություն ոչ թե ժամանակավորապես, այլ վերջնական դադարեցերել են իրենց գործունեությունը Հայաստանում։
