ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ՄՈԳՈ-ն գումարներ կվերադարձնի

Համաձայն ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից իրականացված վերահսկողական միջոցառման և «ՄՈԳՈ» ՈՒՎԿ ՍՊԸ կողմից ընդունված որոշման՝ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկն իրազեկում է.

 

«ՄՈԳՈ» ՈՒՎԿ այն հաճախորդները, որոնք սկսած 01.09.2019 թ-ից մինչև 31.12.2020 թ-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ընկերությունում կատարել են իրենց վարկային պարտավորությունների ամբողջական վաղաժամկետ մարումներ և որոնց գծով չի կատարվել վերահաշվարկ վարկերի մարման պահին, կարող են հետ ստանալ Ընկերության կողմից կատարված վերահաշվարկների արդյունքում վերադարձման ենթակա գումարները։ Ընկերությունը կվերադարձնի այդ գումարները 2021 թ. ընթացքում` համաձայն ստորև բերվող ժամանակացույցի։

 

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի Նախագահի 2020 թ. դեկտեմբերի 23-ի որոշումով պատասխանատվության միջոց է կիրառվել «ՄՈԳՈ» ՈՒՎԿ ՍՊԸ-ի նկատմամբ՝ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի Ֆինանսական վերահսկողության և լիցենզավորման դեպարտամենտի կողմից իրականացված վերահսկողական միջոցառումների համաձայն։

 

Պատասխանատվության միջոցը կիրառվել է «Սպառողական կրեդիտավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով և ՀՀ ԿԲ Խորհրդի 28.07.2009 թվականի թիվ 229-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված կանոնակարգ 8/05-ով սահմանված պահանջների խախտման արդյունքում. կիրառվել է տուգանք՝ 500.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով։
