Թորոսյանը պահանջում է Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը

Հրապարակ թերթը գրում է․ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ առաջիկայում պաշտոնից կազատվի առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը։ Իշխանական մեր աղբյուրների վստահեցմամբ՝ նա դիմումն արդեն գրել է եւ փոխանցել վարչապետին։ Հրաժարականի պատճառները նոր չեն եւ մեկը չեն։ Վարչապետի եւ նախարարի միջեւ նախապատերազմյան շրջանում առկա կոնֆլիկտն ավելի է սրվել պատերազմից հետո։ Թորոսյանը թիմի հավաքների ժամանակ ասել է, որ ձախողել են երկրի կառավարումը, եւ ճիշտ կլինի, որ պարտությունից հետո հեռանան։ Նա, այսպես կոչված, իշխող թիմի ընդդիմադիր թեւից է։ Սակայն Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ չի պատրաստվում հեռանալ, իսկ նման ցանկություն ունեցողների առաջ դուռը բաց է։

 

Նշենք, որ երեկ կառավարության նիստում չզեկուցվող նախագծերի շարքում կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից ԱՆ-ին ավելի քան 2.5 միլիարդ դրամ է հատկացվել՝ քովիդի դեմ պայքարի համար։ Ուշագրավ է, որ ծախսերն իրականացվելու են բանկային վճարային քարտի միջոցով։ «Սահմանել, որ սույն որոշմամբ սահմանված՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսային վարակի կանխարգելման, վերահսկման, բուժման եւ այլ համալիր միջոցառումների իրականացման ծախսերն իրականացվելու են բանկային վճարային քարտի միջոցով»,- գրված է որոշման մեջ: Գումարից 600 մլն դրամը նախատեսվում է օգտագործել 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին եւ 31-ին կատարված ծախսերը փոխհատուցելու:
