Ղարաբաղի օկուպացված շրջաններում ադրբեջանական բանակի սպաներն ազատման զեկուցագրեր են գրում. Ինչու՞

Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը, զգուշանալով հանրության բացասական արձագանքներից, շարունակում է կոծկել բանակում միջադեպերի մասին տվյալները։ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումներում, որոնք տեղակայված են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի՝ թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորքերի կողմից օկուպացված շրջաններում, արձանագրվել են խախտումների բազմաթիվ դեպքեր, այդ թվում՝ ոչ կանոնադրական միջանձնային հարաբերությունների դրսեւորումներ, որի պատճառով մեծ թվով սպաներ ու պայմանագրային զինծառայողներ ազատման զեկուցագրեր են գրել։

 

Չնայած ՊՆ հրամանով կոշտ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվել այն զինծառայողների նկատմամբ, որոնք համացանցում ծառայությունից դժգոհության նյութեր, այնուամենայնիվ, բանակում տարատեսակ միջադեպերի մասին տեղեկություններ են հրապարակվում համացանցում։ Այսպես, հունվարի 7-ին հոսպիտալում ինքնասպանություն է գործել զինվոր Վուսալ Մուսաեւը։ Բացի այդ, ընդվզում են սպանված ու անհետ կորած զինվորների ծնողները։ Տեսանյութում երեւում են կադրեր, թե ինչպես է կարմիր բերետով եւ թուրքական ոսադիրով սպան փորձում լիցքաթափել վիճակը։

 

Եթե նախկինում ադրբեջանական բանակում ռազմական ծառայությունը ծառայություն էր ոչ թե ազգի ու պետության համար, այլ մի քանի անձանց ու տեղացի գեներալներին, ապա հիմա բանակի կառավարումն ամբողջությամբ անցել է թուրքական ռազմական հրամանատարությանը, որին հետաքրքիր չէ ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումների անձնակազմն ու նրա խնդիրները։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտից հետո թուրք-ադրբեջանական ռազմական վերնախավը զբաղված է ավելի կարեւոր գործերով՝ թալանով ու հայերի թողած սեփականության յուրացմամբ։ Թալանի հետ կապված միջադեպերի հետեւանքով հաճախ զոհեր են լինում, որոնք վերագրում են կորուստներին «հայկական զինված խմբավորումների ոչնչացման ժամանակ»։
