ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կարող են բերման ենթարկվե՞լ ադրբեջանական բաժիններ, եթե ավտոմեքենան փչանա ու կանգնեն այն նորոգելու համար

Ի՞նչ կլինի եթե, ՀՀ քաղաքացու վարած ավտոմեքենան վթարի ենթարկվի Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի այն հատվածում, որտեղով խորհուրդ է տրվում արագ անցնել: Այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հարց բարձրացրեց ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

Խոսքը վերաբերում է այն հատվածին, որը GPS-ով անցել է Ադրբեջանին, որտեղ թշնամական երկիրն արդեն հասցրել է նույնիսկ ցուցանակ տեղադրել:

«Ի՞նչ օրենսդրություն է կիրառվելու, եթե օրինակ պատահարը տեղի ունենա հայկական ու ադրբեջանական ավտոմեքենաների միջև, ի՞նչ կլինի, եթե հանցագործություն տեղի ունենա, կամ օրինակ մեքենան անսարք է ու պետք է վարորդը կանգնի ու նորոգի այն: Եթե դա համարում ենք Ադրբեջանի տարածք, պետք է Ադրբեջանի քննչական մարմինները գան ՀՀ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ քննչական գործողություններ իրականացնեն կամ այլ վարույթներ իրականացնե՞ն, մի հատ էլ ենթարկեն բերման իրենց բաժիննե՞ր: Այս հարցերը կարգավորված չեն»,-ասաց նա:

Թաթոյանը նաև խոսեց սահմանին կանգնած մեր զինվորների մասին՝ հայտարարելով, որ նրանք հերոսական ծառայություն են իրականացնում: Նա դրվատանքի խոսքեր ասաց նաև ռուս զինվորների մասին:
