Նիկոլ Փաշինյան՝ սև թուղթը

Տեղեկատվական տարբեր հարթակներում տեղեկություններ են հրապարակվում այն մասին, որ հունվարի 11-ին Մոսկվայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հերթական փաստաթուղթն է ստորագրելու, որով Ադրբեջանին կատարվելու են հերթական զիջումները։ Այդ տեղեկությունների առթիվ հնչող պաշտոնական հերքումներին որևէ մեկը չի հավատում, որովհետև պետության նկատմամբ հավատի ողջ պաշարը սպառվել է պատերազմի 44 օրերին, երբ «Հաղթելու ենք» տափակաբանությամբ կերտվել է Արցախի ու Հայաստանի խայտառակ պարտությունը։ Հաջորդ շաբաթ Մոսկվայում հնարավոր փաստաթղթի ստորագրման մասին տարբեր հարթակներում թևածող տեղեկությունը միակը չէ։

Պատերազմից հետո գրեթե ամեն օր հայ հասարակությունը տեղեկություններ է ստանում որևէ դիրքի, գյուղի, բլրի՝ Ադրբեջանին հանձնման մասին։ Հայ հասարակությունն այդպիսով ապրում է բացասական սպասման հոգեբանության ռեժիմում․ տեղեկատվական հոսքերը տարերայնորեն կամ կառավարվող ռեժիմում ստեղծում են մթնոլորտ, որում ամեն հաջորդ կորուստ կամ զիջում դառնում է պակաս ցավոտ։ Հասարակությունը սովորում է կորուստներին։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունից հասարակությունը ոչ միայն՝ այլևս որևէ դրական սպասում  չունի, այլև՝ նրանից ու նրա իշխանությունից ունի կոնստանտ բացասական սպասում։ Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանում գործում է ամբողջությամբ նեգատիվ իշխանություն, ինչը ժամանակի ու տարածության մեջ վերափոխվում է հասարակության կողմից պետության նկատմամբ նեգատիվ վերաբերմունքի, որովհետև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրեն ամբողջությամբ նույնացրել է պետության հետ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրականում դարձել է «սև թղթի» մարմնավորում, նրանից հասարակությունը սպասում և ստանում է միայն կորուստներ։

Արդյունքում՝ մարդիկ չեն հավատում պետությանը, պետությունը որևէ դրական սպասում չի առաջացնում մարդկանց մտքերում ու հոգիներում, ինչը ժամանակի հետ առաջացնում է պետությունից վերջնական հիասթափության։ Հայաստանն ապրում է «փախուստ պետությունից» ռեժիմում, ինչը սկզբնական փուլում արտահայտվում է պետությունից հոգեբանական օտարմամբ, որը հնարավորության դեպքում դրսևորվելու է նաև պետությունից ֆիզիկական փախուստով՝ արտագաղթով։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Արցախը հանձնել է ֆիզիկապես, Հայաստանի դատարկումը նա առայժմ իրականացնում է հոգեբանական տիրույթում՝ հող նախապատրաստելով նաև ֆիզիկական հեռացման համար։

Դատարկվող Հայաստան․ սա է Արցախյան պատերազմում մեր պարտության տրամաբանական շարունակությունը կամ գուցե Ադրբեջանի առաջ ստանձնած պայմաններից մեկը։ Պետությունից միայն նեգատիվ սպասում ունեցող հասարակությունն այլևս այդ պետության հիմքը չէ, այդ պետությունն իրենը համարող քաղաքացիների ամբողջություն չէ։ Իսկ ո՞վ  է դատարկվող Հայաստանի առաջին ու հիմնական շահառուն։ Ադրբեջանը, անշուշտ։ Նաև Թուրքիան, բնականաբար։

Եվ եթե դա այդպես է, հեշտ է գտնել նաև հարցի պատասխանը, թե ո՞ւմ շահերին է ծառայում Հայաստանի այն իշխանությունը, որի գոյության ամեն օրը նպաստում է պետության դատարկմանն ու պետության չգոյությանը։
