Սուրիկ Խաչատրյան. «Էդ վարչական ռեսուրսը, պետք ա գնար ընտրությունների՞, թե՞ չէ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վայոց ձորի և Սյունիքի մարզերն ընդգրկող թիվ 12 ընտրատարածքում ամենաշատ ձայներն է հավաքել Սյունիքի ՀՀԿ–ական մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանը՝ 21823 ձայն, ԱԺ պատգամավոր, «Ջերմուկ գրուպ»–ի սեփականատեր Աշոտ Արսենյանը 17563 ձայն է ստացել:

Սյունիքի մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանը երեկ հրաժարվեց պատասխանել վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման առթիվ «Փաստի» հարցին՝ հայտարարելով. «Ես ոչ մի քոմենթ չեմ տալիս»:

Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանը «Փաստի» հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է գնահատում անցած ընտրությունները, և արձանագրվածը մարզպետի՞ ձայներն էին, թե՞, այնուամենայնիվ, ՀՀԿ–ի, քանի որ նոր մարզպետ է Վահե Հակոբյանը, ասաց. «Դե, և՛ ՀՀԿ–ի, և՛ մարզպետի, էլի: Բավականին նորմալ ընտրություններ էր»: Հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե սյունեցիներն այդքան գո՞հ են նոր մարզպետից, Խաչատրյանն ասաց. «Եթե գոհ չլինեին, չէին ընտրի, էլի»:

Տեղեկություն կա, որ Սյունիքում վարչական ռեսուրս է օգտագործվել, և այդ ռեսուրսի միջոցով է ՀՀԿ–ն ձայներ ապահովել: «Ոչ թե վարչական ռեսուրսով, նաև՝ վարչական ռեսուրսով: Էդ վարչական ռեսուրսը վերջիվերջո պետք ա գնար ընտրությունների՞, թե՞ չէ: Ես գիտեմ, որ ընտրություններին բոլորն են մասնակցում: Եթե նա համարվում ա էս երկրի քաղաքացի, նա պարտավոր ա ընտրություններին մասնակցի: Կարևորը, որ ստիպողական չի եղել»,– հայտարարեց նախկին մարզպետը:
