Եվրախորհրդի ղեկավար. Դոնալդ Թրամփը միջազգային տեսանկյունից անցյալի մարդ է

ԱՄՆ գործող նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը միջազգային տեսանկյունից անցյալի մարդ է: Այսպիսի դիրքորոշում է բելգիական RTBF մեդիաընկերության եթերում հնչեցրել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը:

Եվրոպան ցնցված էր ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի վրա գրոհի կադրերից, ասել է Միշելը: Վաշինգտոնում տեղի ունեցած անկարգությունները անակնկալ չէին եւ հարձակում էին ոչ միայն ամերիկյան ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների դեմ, այլ հարձակում էին օրենքի գերակայության սկզբունքի, ժողովրդավարության եւ ազատության դեմ, նշել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի ղեկավարը: Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ ԱՄՆ մայրաքաղաքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները ցույց կտան «մեր ազատությունների եւ ժողովրդավարական համակարգերի փխրունությունը»: Միշելը մատնանշել է աշխարհում ժողովրդավարությունների հանդեպ սպառնալիքը, որը բխում է «պոպուլիզմի բռնկումներից եւ ավտորիտար ռեժիմներից, որոնք առատորեն օգտագործում են չափազանց պարզեցումը, արմատականացումը եւ բեւեռացումը՝ փորձելով մարդկանց միմյանց դեմ տրամադրել», հայտնում է DW-ը:

Եվրախորհրդի ղեկավարը հատուկ առանձնացրել է Եվրամիության եւ Միացյալ Նահանգների միջեւ լարված համագործակցությունը: ԵՄ հաստատությունների հետ Թրամփի վարչակազմի շփումները ամիսներ շարունակ սահմանափակ են եղել, ընդգծել է Միշելը: ԱՄՆ գործող նախագահի վարչակազմի գործողությունները «մեկը մյուսի հետեւից կարմիր գծերը հատելու» տպավորություն էին թողնում, որի կուլմինացիան դարձան Կապիտոլիումի անկարգությունները, կարծում է եվրոպացի քաղաքական գործիչը։

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի ղեկավարը չի շրջանցել Կոնգրեսի կողմից ԱՄՆ նախագահի պաշտոնում դեմոկրատ Ջոզեֆ Բայդենի հաստատումը: Միշելն ասել է, որ ԵՄ-ն եւ ԱՄՆ-ն ավելի սերտ երկխոսությունը վերսկսելու եւ ընդհանուր արժեքների՝ ժողովրդավարության, օրենքի գերակայության եւ ազատության վրա հիմնված դաշինքը վերակառուցելու հեռանկար ունեն: Բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ Բրյուսելը եւ Վաշինգտոնը համաձայն կլինեն բոլոր հարցերում, նշել է նա: Այսպես, ԵՄ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ առեւտրի շուրջ բանավեճեր կլինեն, կարծում է Եվրախորհրդի ղեկավարը:
