Մենք վարչապետ ունե՞նք, թե բրոքեր, օրը մի տարածք է հանձնում․ Գեւորգ Պետրոսյան

Ես չեմ հասկանում՝ մենք վարչապետ ունե՞նք, թե բրոքեր, օրը մի տարածք է հանձնում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 28-ին Ազգային ժողովում հրավիրված ասուլիսին հայտարարեց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեւորգ Պետրոսյանը։

«Վարչապետն էսօր պիտի ընկած լիներ այս ու այն կողմ անհետ կորածների, ռազմագերիների հարցերը լուծելու համար։ Էսօր ձյան տակ մնացած հազարավոր երեխեք կան, 5000-ից ավելի զոհ ունենք, մարդիկ վշտից չգիտեն ինչ անեն, 10 000-ից ավելի հաշմանդամություն  ունեցող երեխեք ունենք, նրանց կյանքը ո՞նց է ծրագրավորվելու, նրանց ռեաբիլիտացիայի համար ի՞նչ գումաներ են պետք, սրա մասին պետք է մտածի, բայց ինչ եք ասում, ո՞նց թե, ամենակարեւոր գործը Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանին ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից զրկելն է»,- նկատեց ԲՀԿ-ականը։

Գեւորգ Պետրոսյանին ամենից շատը  հետաքրքրում է, թե ո՞վ է Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանին փոխարինելու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունից, ո՞վ  կկարողանա միջազգային կառույցների հետ աշխատել։

Գեւորգ Պետրոսյանը նշեց նաեւ, թե ինչո՞ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը  իրենց պատգամավորների բառամթերքի վրա ուշադրություն չի դարձնում,  եւ որպես օրինակ էլ բերեց վերջերս ԱԺ-ում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի նկատմամբ իշխող ուժի կողմից դրսեւորված անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը։

«Իրենք առանց ցուցումի չեն գործի, որովհետեւ իրենք, որ ցուցում չունենան, նշանակում է, որ կողմնացույցը կկորցնեն, իրեն տուն գնալու փոխարեն կգնան,  կընկնեն Զանգի ձորը։ Օրենքի առաջ հավասարության սկզբունքն այս նախաձեռնությամբ գնդակահարվում է։ Իրենք ավելի բեթար բառեր են օգտագործում, Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն ասել է ժեխ արտահայտությունը, ընդ որում՝ ինքը բառարանից հղում արեց, դե իրենք բառարան չեն էլ կարդում, իրենց  բառարան կարդալու հավանականությունն այնքան է, ինչքան ես ղուրան կարդամ»,- ասաց Պետրոսյանը։

Իրավաբան պատգամավորը պնդեց, որ «Իմ քայլը» խմաբկցության նախաձեռնությունը, որով առաջարկվում է Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանին  զրկել ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան սահմանադրական կարգի տապալում։
