Ազգադավ Նիկոլը սողոսկելու է ԱԺ, եթե նույնիսկ չստանա պարզ մեծամասնություն և չընտրվի վարչապետ․ քաղաքագետ

ԱԺ արտահերթ շոու-ընտրություններով Նիկոլը լեգիտիմացնելու է իր դավաճանությունը: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն գրառմանը, որով համաձայնել է գնալ արտահերթ ընտրությունների։
 
Ըստ քաղաքագետի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ունի երկու պլան՝ մասքսիմում և մինիմում․
«Հայաստանի վարչապետի աթոռին զմռսված Նիկոլ անհողը որոշել է մեկ կրակոցով երկու նապաստակ սպանել, Իլհամի կողմից նվաստացված և նսեմացված Նիկոլն, ըստ պլան մաքսիմումի, փորձելու է ԱԺ արտահերթ խորհրարանական ընտրությունների միջոցով վերարտադրվել և կրկին զբաղեցնել վարչապետի պաշտոնը ու այն իր վերահսկողության տակ պահել մինչև 2026 թվականը»,- նշեց Գագիկ Համբարյանը։
 
Իսկ մինիմումի պլանը քաղաքագետի կարծիքով այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձելու է մնալ ԱԺ-ում․ «Ազգադավ Նիկոլը ամեն գնով սողոսկելու է ԱԺ, եթե նույնիսկ չստանա պարզ մեծամասնություն և չընտրվի վարչապետ»,- ընդգծեց նա, հավելելով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդ երկու պլանների շնորհիվ լեգիտիմացնելու է «իր դավաճան գործելաոճը և ինքնամաքրվելու է»․ « Հատկապես, եթե այդ շոու-ընտրություններում նա ստանա պարզ մեծամասնություն և ձևավորի կառավարություն, ապա կհայտարարի, որ «ժողովրդի» մեծ մասն իր կողքին է և Հայաստանում կհաստատի նիկոլոկրատիայի տեռորն իր խայտառակ ընթացքով և հետևանքներով...»,- նշեց Գագիկ Համբարյանը։
 
 Քաղաքագեը համոզված է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով վախենում է պատասխանել Իլհամի վիրավորանքներին և նսեմացումներին, իր ողջ ատելությունը կուղղի Հայաստանում իրեն քննդատողների դեմ։
 
Այս ծրագրերը կյանքի կոչելու համար, ինչպես նշում է Գագիկ Համբարյանը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեծ հույսեր է կապում իր ընտրազանգվածի հետ․  «Իսկ այդ ընտրազանգվածը քաղաքականապես անգրագետ և իր կողմից մանիպուլյացիաների շուտ ենթարկվող նիկոլապաշտների, ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսի, իշխանամետների, ժեխի և փտիրի հետ մասն է կազմում»,- ասաց նա։
 
Սակայն, ըստ վերջինիս, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ամենամեծ հույսը ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն է․ «Իր կողմից բազմիցս ընտրակեղծարարության մեջ մեղադրված ու իր օրոք պաշտոնը պահպանած Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը, ով իր գործի վարպետն է և հավանաբար լավ գիտի, թե բազում ընտրակեղծարարությունների հնարավորություն տվող ընտրական օրենսգիրքը ինչպես օգտագործի Նիկոլի վերարտադրությունն ապահովելու համար...»,- ընդգծեց Գագիկ Համբարյանը։
 
Քաղաքագետը անդրադարձավ նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գրառման այն հատվածին, որում ասված էր․ «Ու ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել, թե մենք բիրտ ուժի կիրառմամբ պահել ենք իշխանությունը։ Ընդհակառակը՝ մեզ մեղադրում են անհարկի մեղմության մեջ», քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երբեք էլ մեղմ չի եղել․
 
«Փաշինյանը տարրական ֆիշտ է և բռնապետ, դա ոչ մեկի համար նորություն չէ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որ Սյունիքի մարզի 5 խոշոր բնակավայրերի քաղաքապետերի դեմ քրեական գործեր է հարցում, իսկ 4- ին էլ փորձում է ձերբակալել, ինչպես նաև ընդդիմադիրների երթերի ժամանակ կազմակերպում է սադրանքներ, համարում է, որ մեղմ քաղաքականություն է վարո՞ւմ»,- պարզաբանեց քաղաքագետը։
 
Իսկ վերջում քաղաքագետը ասաց, որ ընտրությունների դեպքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարզ մեծամասնություն չի կարող ստանալ․ «Ինքը պարզ մեծամասնություն չի ստանա, քանի որ ինքնասիրություն ունեցող անձը, ժողովուրդը չի կարող դավաճանին և դավաճանին ներկայացնող որևիցե թիմակցի ընտրել»,- եզրափակեց Գագիկ Համբարյանը։
