Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական ասամբլեան ապրիլին կարող է նախաձեռնել Եվրախորհրդից Թուրքիայի հեռացման գործընթացը. Ֆրանկ Շվաբե

Թուրքիան շուտով կհեռացվի Եվրախորհրդից: Այս մասին հաղորդել է Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության խորհրդարանական խմբի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Ֆրանկ Շվաբեն: Հոդվածը վերցրել ենք գերմանական tagesspiegel.de կայքից:

Լրագրող Կան Դյունդարը, ով ապրում է Գերմանիայում, մեղադրվել է ահաբեկչության օժանդակման և լրտեսության մեջ: Պատճառը հետևյալն է՝ 2015 թվականի մայիսին, ընդդիմադիր «Ջումխուրիեթ» թերթում տպագրած հոդվածում ընդդիմադիր լրագրող Դունդարը հաղորդել է սիրիացի ապստամբներին Թուրքիայի կողմից ապօրինի զենքի մատակարարման մասին:

Ավելի քան 27 տարի թերթում տպագրված հոդվածի համար. Ստամբուլի դատարանի որոշմամբ ընդդիմադիր լրագրող Ջան Դյունդարի նկատմամբ չորեքշաբթի օրը Թուրքիայի կառավարության հակառակորդների հետապնդումը հասել է նոր առավելագույն կետի:

Դատավճիռն անմիջապես Թուրքիայի և Գերմանիայի միջև քաղաքական վիճաբանության է վերածվել. Անկարան մերժել է կառավարության քննադատությունը որոշման վերաբերյալ և Գերմանիային կոչ է արել արտահանձնել Դյունդարին:

Հակասություններ կան նաև Թուրքիայում բանտարկված քուրդ քաղաքական գործիչ Սելահաթթին Դեմիրթաշի վերաբերյալ: Երեքշաբթի օրը Ստրասբուրգի մարդու իրավունքների դատարանը կոչ է արել ազատ արձակել քաղաքական գործչին, ով, քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով, ավելի քան չորս տարի կալանքի տակ է: Քանի որ Անկարան հրաժարվում է ազատ արձակել Դեմիրթաշին, Թուրքիային սպառնում է հեռացում Եվրախորհրդից:

Ստրասբուրգի դատարանը նաև պահանջում է ազատ արձակել դեմոկրատական ակտիվիստ Օսման Կավալային, ով ավելի քան երեք տարի բանտում է:

Էրդողանի կառավարության քննադատները գտնում են, որ Դյունդարի գործի հետ կապված որոշումը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Թուրքիան ավելի ու ավելի է հեռանում եվրոպական իրավական նորմերից: Արտաքին գործերի դաշնային նախարար Հայկո Մաասը քննադատել է դատավճիռը՝ այն համարելով «լուրջ հարված Թուրքիայում լրագրողական անկախ աշխատանքին»:

Ըստ Եվրոմիության՝ Թուրքիայում այլևս չի դրվում օրենքի գերակայության հարց:

Այսպիսով, մարդու իրավունքների և օրենքի գերակայության ամրապնդման նպատակով՝ 47 եվրոպական պետություններ միավորող Եվրախորհրդի անդամ հանդիսացող Թուրքիան գտնվում է վտարման եզրին:

- Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական ասամբլեան ապրիլին կարող է նախաձեռնել Թուրքիայի հեռացման գործընթացը,- ասել է Ֆրանկ Շվաբեն:
