Եղել են դեպքեր, երբ զոհվածների մարմինների նույնականացումն այնքան էլ ճշգրիտ չի իրականացվել. Փաշինյան

Մենք ունենք մի ցավալի գործընթաց, որի մասին հրապարակային խոսելը ոչ թե վնասական է, այլ շատ ցանր է, բայց հարկ եմ հմարում խոսել այդ մասին. մենք ունենք մարմինների նույնականացման գործընթաց ԴՆԹ թեստերով: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 24-ին, կառավարության նիստում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, այդ գործընթացն արագացնելու համար առողջապահության նախարարությունը ձեռք է բերել համապատասխան սարքավորման երկրորդ հոսքագիծը, որը ճանապարհին է. «Սպասում ենք, որ առաջիկա օրերին կհասնի ՀՀ եւ կսկսվի գործարկվել»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Իր հերթին առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը նշեց, որ թողունակության բարձրացումը պատերազմի հենց առաջին օրերից իրականացվել է, 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով ենք սկսել աշխատել, որոշ ձեռքով արվող գործողություններ ավոտմատացրել ենքՆոր հոսքագիծը թույլ կտա կրկնապատկել մեր հզորությունները: նաեւ դրան զուգահեռ այլ գործընթացներ էլ են արվում: Դա շատ բարդ, բազմաբաղադրիչ գործընթաց է, դրանով է պայմանավորված թվացյալ դանդաղությունը: Թվերով մենք շատ մեծ ծավալ ենք իրականացրել, մոտ 10 անգամ ավելի շատ հետազոտություն է արվում, քան մինչեւ դա»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատեց, որ եղել են դեպքեր, երբ պարզվել է, որ նույնականացումն այնքան էլ ճշգրիտ չի իրականացվել. «Բայց նաեւ այդպիսի դեպքերը նույնպես կանոն են համարվում: Այնպես չի, որ մենք բարձր որակով չենք անում: Աշխարհում լինում են այդպիսի դեպքեր»:

Արսեն Թորոսյանն արձագանքեց, որ իր իմանալով դրանք ավելի շատ շտապելու արդյունք են եղել , երբ նույնականացումը արվել է ոչ թե ԴՆԹ-ով, այլ վիզուալ. «Դրանից հետո այնուամենայնիվ ԴՆԹ նույնականացումից հետո պարզվել է, որ վիզուալ նույնականացումն այնքան էլ ճիշտ չէր»:
