«Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Ղազինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում ասվում է․

«Պարոն գեներալ, Դուք իրավունք չունեք կատարել նիկոլ փաշինյանի ապօրինի հրամանները, նա չի հանդիսանում ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատար

ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի վերջին 3 ամիսների վարքագիծը խիստ տագնապ է առաջացնում ՀՀ արժանապատիվ ու գիտակից քաղաքացիների շրջանում:

Զինվորական մասնագիտական շրջանակներում նա ունի պրոֆեսիոնալ զինվորականի համբավ և ուղղակի չէր կարող իրեն այսպես դրսևորել:

Պատերազմի ընթացքում թույլ տրված սխալների ծավալն ու խորությունը հուշում է, որ նա ստացել է ճակատագրական սխալներ կատարելու ակնհայտ ապօրինի հրամաններ, ինչի հետևանքով ՀՀ կանոնավոր բանակը վերածվել է անկազմակերպ կամավորական ջոկատների:

Միակ բացատրությունը, որ կարող է այստեղ լինել, դա Նիկոլի դավաճանական հրամաններն են, որ նա ստիպված է եղել և մինչ այժմ շարունակում է կատարել՝ վիժվածքին թյուրիմացաբար ընդունելով որպես ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատար:

Սակայն ՀՀ ՊՆ իրավաբանական վարչությունից նրան չեն զեկուցել, որ նիկոլը, ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ և օրենքներով, ՉԻ ՀԱՆԴԻՍԱՆՈՒՄ ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատար՝ նույնիսկ ռազմական դրության պայմաններում:

Ավելի քան վստահ եմ, որ եթե Օնիկ Գասպարյանը իմանար, որ ադրբեջանական ազդեցության գործակալ նիկոլ փաշինյանը յուրացրել է ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատարի իշխանությունը, ապա պետական դավաճանը վաղուց բանտում կլիներ, իսկ պատերազմը մենք չէինք պարտվի:

Նույնիսկ այսօր Գասպարյանը շարունակում է կատարել նիկոլի հրամանները՝ նրան սխալմամբ համարելով գլխվոր հրամանատար, ինչի հետևանքով ՀՀ բանակը դուրս է եկել Սյունիքի սահմանից՝ բնակիչներին թողնելով ադրբեջանական կանոնավոր բանակի առջև:

Վերադարձրե՛ք զինված ուժերը սահման, երաշխավորե՛ք ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու սահմանների անխախտելիությունը:
