Գլխավոր դատախազության վարչության պետն ազատման դիմում է գրել

Yerevan.today-ը գրում է. «Արդեն քանի օր մամուլը գրում է, որ շատ դատախազներ դիմել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին՝ հայտարարելով, որ պատրաստվում են աշխատանքից ազատման դիմումներ գրել, քանի որ չեն ցանկանում անօրինական հրամաններ կատարել: Անգամ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը հրապարակեց դատախազների հայտարարության տեքստը, որի հիմնական իմաստը այն է, որ ստեղծված օրհասական պայմաններում դատախազները չեն կարող անմասն մնալ կատարվող իրադարձություններին: Չեն կարողանում դրսեւորել քաղաքական զսպվածություն, երբ բարձրաստիճան մի խումբ քաղաքական գործիչների «քաղաքականության» արդյունքում հայրենիքի մաս ենք կորցրել:

Հայտարարության մեջ նշում են, որ չեն կարողանում  համակերպվել այս իրողության հետ եւ հնարավորություն տալ անհայրենիքների այս խմբին թշնամուն զիջել հայրենիքի մնացած մասը՝ հավելելով, որ կվերադառնան դատախազության համակարգ այն դեպքում, երբ ներկա իշխանությունները կհեռանան, ու նրանց փոխարեն երկրի կառավարման ղեկը կստանձնի հայրենասեր, պրոֆեսիոնալ եւ համազգային շահերով մտահոգ իշխանություն։

Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունով առաջիններից, ով արդեն դիմում է գրել աշխատանքից հեռանալու մասին ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազության Բնակչության առողջության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչություն պետ Ռաֆայել Ալեքսանդրի Խաչատրյանն է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ կոչով հանդես էր եկել նաեւ նախկին Գլխավոր դատախազ՝ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը՝ իր գործընկերներին հորդորելով, չծառայել իշխանությանը, այլ պետությանը, թույլ չտալ, որ իրենց մասնագիտական բարձր կարողությունները, պետական դավաճանների կողմից օգտագործվեն ի վնաս մեր պետության եւ ժողովրդի»։

«Վստահ եմ, գիտակցում եք, որ «ես հանձնարարություն էի կատարում» կամ «իմ գործն էի կտարում» արդարացումը չի աշխատելու: Ապօրինի հրաման կատարելը հանցագործություն է», - հայտարարության մեջ նշել էր Կոստանյանը։
