Դատարանը հօգուտ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որոշում է կայացրել

Փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել, որում նշում է, որ դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է Երևանի վարչական շրջաններին ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հեղինակած «Կյանք և ազատություն» գրքի համար տրամադրել գովազդի թույլտվություն։ Գրառման մեջ ասվում է․

«Ճանաչվեց ոչ իրավաչափ

ՀՀ վարչական դատարանը (նախագահությամբ Ա.Ծատուրյանի) անվավեր է ճանաչել Կենտրոն և Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանների վարչական ակտերը, որոնցով, ըստ էության, մերժվել էին ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հեղինակած «Կյանք և ազատություն» գրքի գովազդումը: Դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է վարչական շրջաններին տրամադրել գովազդի թույլտվություն:

Սա նշանակում է, որ հիմնավոր էին մեր դիտարկումները, որ իշխանական շրջանակները սարսափում են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հեղինակությունից, անգամ նախագահի գրքից: Մինչդեռ պետք էր կարդալ հող գրավելու, այն սիրելու, հայրենիք շենացնելու, պետական գործեր վարելու այս մեթոդական ուղեցույցը. գուցե հայրենիքի գործերը այլ կերպ ընթանային:
