ի՞նչ վիճակ է Սյունիքում այսօր՝ ադրբեջանցիների տված ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո

Հակառակորդը երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 13-ին, ժամանակ է տվել Սյունիքի մարզի Ագարակ համայնքի սահմանին հայ դիրքապահներին մինչեւ այսօր՝ առավոտյան ժամը 8։00-ը դիրքերից հետ գնալու համար։ Այս տեղեկությունը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց Կապանի քաղաքապետ Գեւորգ Փարսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պահի դրությամբ սահմանին որևէ փոփոխություն չկա. «Մենք հետ չենք գնացել, մնացել ենք նույն տեղերում. այս պահին հանգիստ վիճակ է, ոչինչ տեղի չի ունենում»։

Անդրադառնալով երեկ տարածված այն լուրերին, թե այդ ուղղությամբ մոտ կես ժամ ինտենսիվ փոխհրաձգություն է տեղի ունեցել, քաղաքապետն ասաց. «Ինտենսիվ փոխհրաձգություն տեղի չի ունեցել, մասնավորապես, երեկ ավելի հանգիստ է եղել։ Կրակոցներ հաճախ են լինում, որն արդեն նորմալ է դարձել»։

Գեւորգ Փարսյանը նշեց նաեւ, որ երեկվա այդ լուրերից Կապանում քաղաքացիների մոտ մեծ տագնապ է եղել, սակայն այսօր բնակչությունն ավելի հանգիստ է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Անվտանգության խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ելույթում անդրադարձել էր այս տարածաշրջանին` չբացառելով, որ առաջիկայում հնարավոր է լարվածություն առաջանա նաեւ Կուբաթլուի եւ Զանգելանի շրջանների սահմանազատման հետ կապված։

Վարչապետի մեկնաբանմամբ, այդ շրջանների մասին համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ որեւէ հիշատակում չկա, որովհետեւ հայտարարության ստորագրման պահին այդ տարածքները մեծ մասամբ գտնվել են ադրբեջանական ուժերի վերահսկողության ներքո, այսինքն` ընդամենը փոքր հատվածներն են մնացել: Եվ եռակողմ բանակցությունների ընթացքում եղել է ըմբռնում, որ այս հատվածներում պետք է տեղի ունենա սահմանների ճշգրտում։

Վարչապետը հայտնել էր, որ կան իրադրության լուծման մի քանի առաջարկներ ու տարբերակներ, եւ հայկական կողմն առաջիկայում պետք է որոշում կայացնի այդ տարբերակներից որեւէ մեկի վերաբերյալ:
