Փաշինյանի գրասենյակը լռում է. Ալիեւից 5 մլրդ դոլար կաշառքի առաջարկ ստանալու մասին տեղեկությունը չեն մեկնաբանում

ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և  նրա մամուլի քարտուղարը չեն արձագանքում Արցախի հանրապետության 7 շրջանների դիմաց 5 մլրդ դոլարի առաջարկ ստանալու մասին հայտարարություններին։ Մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գեւորգյանի հետ հեռախոսակապ հաստատելու «Փաստինֆո»-ի բոլոր փորձերն այսօր անարդյունք անցան։  Նրա հեռախոսահամարը կամ անհասանելի էր, կամ նա զանգերին չէր պատասխանում։

Նշենք, որ վերջին 10 օրվա ընթացքում երկու գործիչ հայտարարել են Արցախի հողերի դիմաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին առաջարկված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումարի մասին։

Նախ` դեկտեմբերի 1-ին տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսում ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Աղվան Վարդանյանը հանդես եկավ հարցադրում-հայտարարությամբ, որի հասցեատերը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր։

«2019-ին արդյոք արաբական մի երկրում հանդիպել են Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի բարձրաստիճան, համարժեք երկու պաշտոնյա։ Արդյո՞ք Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչը Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչին փոխանցել է թուղթ, որի վրա աստղաբաշխական գումար է նշված եղել՝ որպես առաջարկ Արցախի հարցը հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի լուծման։ Եւ երբ մեր պաշտոնյան բորբոքվել է, թե էս ի՞նչ ես առաջարկում, դիմացինը շատ կիրթ ասել է՝ մի բորբոքվեք, ձեզանից ընդամենը խնդրում ենք՝ փոխանցել ձեր ղեկավարին։

Արդյո՞ք երբ հայ պաշտոնյան, նույնքան բորբոքված, ասել է թե՝ տես էդ անասունները ինչ են առաջարկում, մեր երկրի ղեկավարը ասել է՝ դու հուզական, զգացմունքային մարդ ես, մի խառնվիր, ուրիշը կզբաղվի»,- նշել էր Աղվան Վարդանյանը։

Իսկ Վատիկանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը դեկտեմբերի 11-ին, թերեւս, զարգացնելով վերոնշված հարցադրումը, շատ ուղիղ հայտարարել է, որ 2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ալիեւը 5 մլրդ դոլար է առաջարկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Արցախի 7 շրջանի դիմաց։ Առաջարկը պարունակող գաղտնի նամակը Փաշինյանի կառավարության ներկայացուցչին է փոխանցվել  ԱՄԷ Դուբայ քաղաքում՝ հինգ աստղանի հյուրանոցում ՝ Ադրբեջանի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան մի անձնավորությունից, որը հանդես է եկել Իլհամ Ալիևի անունից։

«Նամակի բովանդակությունը հետևյալն էր՝ մենք՝ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը, պատրաստ ենք տրամադրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին եվրոպական մաքուր հիմնադրամների միջոցով, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ չեն ասոցացվելու Ադրբեջանի հետ, հինգ միլիարդ ամերիկյան դոլար։ Հինգ միլիարդ դոլար յոթ շրջանի համար՝ 5+2»,- նշել էր Մ.Մինասյանը։

Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին վաղ առավոտից «Փաստինֆո»-ն փորձել է մեկնաբանություն ստանալ Փաշինյանի խոսնակից այս ծանր մեղադրանքների առնչությամբ, սակայն անօգուտ, անգամ հերքում չի հնչել։

Իրավապահ մարմինները եւս չեն շտապում արձագանքել. Առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության՝ պետական դավաճանության մասին հայտարարությունները ոչ դատախազությունը, ոչ էլ ԱԱԾ-ն ոչ լսում են, ոչ տեսնում։ «Փաստինֆո»-ն անգամ դատախազություն էր ուղարկել Միքայել Մինասյանի տեսահոլովակի հղումը, որպեսզի ծանոթանան, սակայն մեկնաբանություն այդպես էլ չստացանք։

Եւս մեկ անգամ փաստվում է, որ դատախազությունը ստանձնել է հայրենիքի շահերը դավաճանող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերը սպասարկողի դերը։
