Բժիշկներն և բուժաշխատողները պահանջում են երկրում ստեղծված աղետալի վիճակի պատասխանատու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կառավարության հրաժարականը

Նոյեմբերի 9-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ստորագրված կապիտուլյացիոն հայտարարությամբ մեր պատմության մեջ մի խայտառակ էջ ամրագրվեց: Ըստ էության կորցրինք Արցախի Հանրապետությունը՝ տասնյակ տարիների մեր համազգային ձեռքբերումները, արձանագրելով նաև անդառնալի մարդկային կորուստներ:
Մեր երկրի քաղաքական ղեկավարության կրած պարտության հետևանքները մեզ դեռ երկար տարիներ են ուղեկցելու: Այսօր արդեն վտանգված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությունն ու մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը:
Ակնհայտ է, որ քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական ոլորտներում պարտություններ արձանագրած իշխանություններն անկարող են դիմագրավել թե՜ ներքին մարտահրավերները, թե՝ արտաքին սպառնալիքները:
Մենք բոլորս ականատես ենք եղել, թե ինչպես պետական կառավարման բոլոր ոլորտներում համատարած ձախողումները, պետականության համար կարևոր հարցերում ոչ մասնագիտական մոտեցումները, պետական քաղաքականության մշակման տարերայնությունն անդառնալի հետևանքների պատճառ դարձան:
Ականատես եղանք, բայց լռեցինք, որովհետև մեզանից շատերը զբաղված էին իրենց առօրյա պարտականությունների իրականացմամբ: Մենք լռեցինք, երբ պետական մակարդակով խարխլվում էին բժշկական էթիկայի նորմերը, մենք լռեցինք, երբ բուժաշխատողների հետ խոսում էին շանտաժի լեզվով, մենք լռեցինք, երբ տապալվում էր կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը… Լռեցինք և ստացանք այն, ինչի մասին այլևս լռելը անհնար է:Նահանջի և լռելու իրավունք այլևս չունենք:
Հայաստանը պիտի ոտքի կանգնի: Որպես պետություն և ժողովուրդ կանգնած ենք ճակատագրական հանգրվանի առջև, որը պահանջում է վճռական որոշումներ և գործողություններ: Մինչդեռ, քաղաքական իշխանությունների ձեռնարկած քայլերը համարժեք չեն մեր ժողովրդին ուղղված գոյապահպանական սպառնալիքին: Իշխանությունների գործողությունները, սեփական սխալների և քաղաքական պատասխանատվության մերժումն ավելի են շիկացնում ներքաղաքական մթնոլորտը։
Ելնելով վերոհիշյալից, ներքոստորագրյալ բժիշկերս և բուժաշխատողներս պահանջում ենք ստեղծված աղետալի վիճակի համար պատասխանատու վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը և նրա կառավարության ինքնակամ և անցնցում հեռացումը:
Վստահ ենք, որ քաղաքական ուժերին կհաջողվի երկիրը ցնցումներից զերծ պահել, մեր հասարակությանը միավորվել պետականության գաղափարի շուրջ և արտահերթ ընտրությունների ճանապարհով ձևավորել առկա ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու ունակ իշխանություն:
