Արթուր Վանեցյանը չի կալանավորվի. Դատախազության վերաքննիչ բողոքը մերժվել է

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանի նախագահությամբ, մերժեց «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ, ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին միջնորդությունը մերժելու որոշման դեմ դատախազության բողոքը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արթուր Վանեցյանի փաստաբան Երվանդ Վարոսյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ դատարանի որոշումը դեռեւս չի ստացել, բայց առավել քան համոզված է, որ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը եւս հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայությունը հերքված է համարել ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախի տարածքներն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու Փաշինյանի որոշման դեմ Երեւանում սկսված բողոքի ակցիաներին զուգահեռ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպելու, ապա նաեւ՝ Փաշինյանի ենթադրյալ սպանությունը նախապատրաստելու հատկանիշներով։ Մի քանի տասնյակ ընդդիմադիր եւ հասարակական գործիչ ձերբակալվել է, որոնցից մի մասին նաեւ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել օրենքի խախտմամբ հավաքներ կազմակերպելու ու անցկացնելու, իսկ Արթուր Վանեցյանին, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանին եւ Աշոտ Ավագյանին, լեգենդար հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանին նաեւ իշխանության յուրացման, Փաշինյանի ենթադրյալ սպանության նախապատրաստման, ապօրինի զենք զինամթերք պահելու համար ու նրանց կալանավորելու միջնորդություններ ներկայացվել դատարաններ, որոնք մերժվել են։

Դատարանը ոչ միայն իրավաչափ չէր համարել Արթուր Վանեցյանի, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի եւ Աշոտ Ավագյանի ձերբակալությունն ու նրանց արգելանքից ազատելու որոշում կայացրել, այլեւ փաստել, որ կալանավորելու համար հիմքեր չկան՝ բացակայում է հիմնավոր կասկածը։

Նշենք, որ Դատախազությունը նշված որոշումների դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոքներ է ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով կալանավորել բոլոր 4 մեղադրյալներին։
