Արթուր Վանեցյան. Փաշինյանն օր առաջ հեռանալու որոշում պետք է կայացնի, հակառակ դեպքում կունենանք անվտանգության ու տնտեսական նոր խնդիրներ

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշում կայացնել չի կարողանում։ Նա պետական գործչի ունակություններ չունի։  Ակնհայտ է, որ Նիկոլը գնալու է։ Բայց եթե նա հեռանալու որոշումը կայացներ տասն օր առաջ, ապա մենք այսօր չէինք ունենա Վարդենիսով սահմանամերձ գոտի, Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը վտանգված չէր լինի»,-«Կենտրոն» հեռուստաընկերության «Իմպուլս» վերլուծական հաղորդմանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարեց ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, եթե Փաշինյանը հեռանար ավելի շուտ, Դադիվանքը չէր լինի ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության ներքո, գերեվարված զինվորները վերադարձած կլինեին Հայաստան։

«Եթե տասն օր էլ նա հրաժարական չտվեց, ապա տնտեսությունն է խնդիրներ ունենալու։ Ես անցած հանրահավաքում ասացի, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ օր ավել իշխանության մնալու դեպքում տնտեսությունը չի ստանում եկամուտներ, ինչի հետևանքով մեր քաղաքացին աղքատանում է։ Դա նշանակում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, օր ավել մնալով իշխանության, գողանում է և աղքատացնում է մեր քաղաքացիներին։ Նա պետք է կայացնի որոշում։ Եթե կայացներ տասն օր առաջ, երկիրը կունենար այլ ընթացք, եթե կայացնի հիմա, կունենա այլ ընթացք։ Եթե նա նման որոշում կայացնի յոթ օր հետո, դուք հարցնում եք, ի՞նչ է լինելու իր հետ, ես չգիտեմ, ինչ կլինի։ Ես ասում եմ՝ ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ունենա ֆիզիկական անվտանգության երաշխիքներ։ Բայց նա կառչած մնալով իր աթոռին՝ մի օր կանգնելու է մեծ խնդրի առաջ։ Եկեք փաստենք, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարողանում կայացնել որոշումներ, ինչի արդյունքում մենք ունենք, այս ծանր իրավիճակը մեր երկրում»,-ասաց Վանեցյանը։

ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենը նա հիշեցրեց, որ պատերազմի ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ստանալով իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ողջ տեղեկատվությունը, ԳՇ զեկուցումը՝ պատերազմը շուտ կանգնեցնելու մասին, նման որոշում չի կայացրել։

«Եթե այդ ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կայացներ որոշում, ապա մենք կունենայինք կորցրած քիչ տարածքներ, քիչ զոհեր, քիչ թե շատ նորմալ երկիր։ Դրանից հետո ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, ինչպես ասաց իր հարցազրույցում, հոկտեմբերի 19-20-ին առաջարկվել է լուծում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը էլի չի կայացրել որոշում։ Դրա հետևանքով մենք ունեցանք էլի զոհեր, կորցրած տարածքներ, նութական կորուստներ, քայքայված երկիր։ Որոշումներ չկայացվեցին նաև հրադադարի պայմանավորվածություններից հետո, մինչև եկանք-հասանք էս խայտառակ վիճակին»,-նշեց նա։

Վանեցյանի խոսքով, պատերազմի նման ավարտից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ բարոյական, ոչ իրավական, ոչ էլ այլ հիմքով պաշտոնավարելու իրավունք չունի։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ու հայ ժողովուրդը չեն կարող ունենալ պարտված առաջնորդ»,-ասաց «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահը։
